Malicious unreliable Haaretz – enabler of Arab racism / apartheid and Islamic jihad

November 6, 2012

Unreliable Haaretz, also termed ‘al-Haaretz’ and ‘Israel’s anti-Semitic Rag’, which fuels anti-Israel biasaids the Arab terrorist enemy and was even convicted of anti-Israel spy charges (and biased BBCadmittedly anti-Christian biasedcopies it), just like that drag queen/drama queen Ahmad Tibi ( accused of being himslef the real racist are so quick to falsely brand worried Israelis of racist Arab attacks (Israelis aren’t ‘racist’ – they’re worried) as “racism” but will never name the Goliath Arab racism / Islamic bigotry that seeks out to attack Jews – by Israeli-Arabs or Palestinian-Arabs. ( It’s about the bigotry).
Apparently, sick Haaretz also finds Arab regimes, including “Palestinian” who either succeeded in complete ethnic cleansing of Jews or seek its completion – more desirable than Jews who dare attempt to survive against it. Thus, a search for ‘racism’ in Haaretz, won’t find it related to the racist attacker, but rather almost exclusively to the receiving end victim of the intolerance monster.

Israel Media Attacks Haaretz Writer’s ‘Demonization’ of Israel
Israel’s Hebrew-language Maariv printed an unusual attack on Haaretz after a London Independent interview with “the most hated man in Israel.”

Israel’s Hebrew-language Maariv newspaper published an unusually scathing attack on Haaretz after the London Independent interview with its columnist Gideon Levy, “the most hated man in Israel,” according to the London newspaper
Levy has been the guiding light of the left-wing newspaper that has waged a war against the “occupation” as the cause of most, if not all of all, of Israel’s problems with Arabs. The newspaper also has championed further concessions to the Palestinian Authority, has campaigned for allowing illegal Bedouin villages to remain standing and against deporting illegal African immigrants. Encouraging the growth of non-Jewish populations is in line with a left-wing agenda to prevent the likelihood of a religious Jewish majority in Israel in the near future.
Levy’s latest onslaught against Israel was published in the Independent, a newspaper with a long history of anti-Israel articles.
The newspaper described Levy as “the most hated man in Israel – and perhaps the most heroic” because of his unrelenting campaign,” which the newspaper said has been done “without propaganda.”
However, the interview is filled with inaccuracies and fiction, to which Ben Dror Yemini of Maariv responded at length.

Gideon Levy has reproduced a series of hit-and-run columns dispatched from Gaza that bash at the problem without solving it. PHOTO: MCT Israel’s internal critics fancy themselves modern prophets, boldly speaking truth to power. Haaretz columnist Gideon Levy’s new book The Punishment of Gaza denounces Israel for imposing “futile bloodshed and destruction… humiliation, destitution, deprivation and bereavement” on Palestinians.
But Levy, like many of his comrades, undermines his credibility by lacking the prophet’s faith in the power of truth. His harsh, one-sided repudiation ignores the messy, multidimensional complexities that keep the region mired in violence. As a result, his book becomes the latest round in Israel-bashing, all too easily dismissed, rather than the important call to conscience he hoped to write.
Another “gem” from Haaretz – pro-Arab racism media Here’s another “contribution” by the infamous anti-Israel “Israeli” newspaper Haaretz [Gideon Levy], supporting the Jihadi butchers – racist Arabs of Hamas. Anyone still thinks Haaretz is a “reliable source” on Israeli vs Arabs matters?

J’Accuse: Racist Arabs & Israeli left of/for “growing racism” in Israel
Dec. 2010
ARAB RACIST ATTACKS
Let’s not spin this blunt issue, aiming at Israeli Jews specifically to be killed or hurt, in their homes, in cars passing by, in a restaurant , at a bus stop, at kindergartens, is what it is: racial hatred against Jews. I don’t know which racist part of it is difficult to comprehend to cast it as such.
RACIST ARAB LEADERS
Arab Muslim leaders such as the head of the Islamic movement was arrested and charged of racism and inciting violence, to assume that his ‘deadly’ influence doesn’t “live” on among Israeli Arabs is beyond naive.
One of the icons of pushing racism is Arab MK Ahmed Tibi, whose inflammatory mouth has uttered the word “racist” and “apartheid” for almost as many days [in the decade or so] he’s serving as an official in the Jewish-Democratic state.
Of course, everything Israel does is “racist,” this ugly Arab racism’s notion that dates from the infamous anti-Israel campaign in the UN by the Arab lobby in the 1970s to demean Zionism which is about a return of a people to its historic homeland as “racism,” The very racist Arab nations that oppress or at least discriminate against non-Arab minorities (including: Kurds, blacks, Copts, Jews [where they haven’t been ethnically cleansed], Assyrians, Berbers, etc.) had/have the audacity to condemn Israel that gives equal rights and freedom to its 25% Arab citizens, and at times giving preferential treatments to them, in employment, education, etc., those Muslim nations that practice Islamic apartheid in its supremacy status over/against non-Muslims, all have joined to call the very victim of Arab racism [which is the only bond that binds the divider Arab world who discriminates against Arab-Palestinians] as “racist.”
PS
Speaking of hypocrisy, Arab republics and Islamic Republics are also against the notion of a ‘Jewish’ state, even though Israel’s official laws are in fact anything but Jewish.
In addition, a fairly new pehenomenon follows this twisted line, a form of bigotry that doesn’t even recognize in Jews’ rights to defend themselves, the message basically is that if you are an Israeli Jew, you simply deserve to die -by default- and if/when you resist, you are a “racist.” An underline message that is common to all those anti-Israel organizations that, though publicly, claim to “care” for the Palestinian-Arabs.
RADICAL LEFT
The political motivated left in Israel says, said some outrageous things in order to ‘win’ symbolic [and beyond] politics.
They make sure to use the “racism” slur at each right wing step it takes to deter it from advancing.
Preying on the weakness of the sensitivity to the charge, the Jewish people feel about – probably more than any other nation – the very victim of racism (most recent WW2’s Nazis and the Arab-Islamic leaders like the Mufti of Palestine that joined them) they managed to use it or rather abuse it to advance their lefty ideology on the back of super-guilt ridden Jews, all the while successfully suppressing the real racism going on in the past and in the present, Arab racism that is, from outside or from inside Israel.
Try this, perform a search in Haaretz for ‘Arab racism’ see what comes up, if not the exact opposite, How come?
Why is an Arab on Jews attack described as [if at all] a “disturbance” or a “nationalist” incident and not ‘Anti-Jewish racism’ when selectively aiming at Jews only, yet, if anti-Jewish feelings and acts motivate a Jew to manage in voicing concern, it’s then when the Jewish victim is depict as a “racist?”
The sad thing is, Haaretz writers and the like, never learned that exaggerated use of outrageous terminology does more of a serious damage than one might assume, and long after they might have forgotten about their political motivated hype language at a ‘heated moment,’ its disastrous effect continue to be deep and long in the nation’s psyche, precisely because it uses the concept of intolerance, which Jews are so fiery against.
ANXIETY
Can one really not able to understand a sincere parent in an ‘under-constant-threat-country’ Israel who’s genuinely worried about the safety of the family? Is awareness, caring and responsibility all of a sudden now “racism?”
As goes the above factors and “racism pushers” as I like to call them, so does the overall tension.
The conclusive point is that the anxiety that Israeli Jews feel from a hostile intolerant Arab world that has fought to annihilate it and still can’t seem to recognize this “stranger’ in their midst, is only growing, add to that the behavior of Arabs inside Israel and to top it all with the Israeli- “Jewish” anti-Israel leftists‘-extremists such as ‘Haaretz.’

Haaretz Falsely Portrays Israeli-Jews as Racist
www.fighthatred.com › Recent Events › Media Hate
Israeli newspaper Haaretz drastically skewed the results of a survey and falsely portrayed Israeli-Jews as racists and as supporters of apartheid. These false survey findings were picked up by news outlets around the world.
Gideon Levy of Haaretz – who is known for exhibiting bias and falsely accusing Israel – reported the findings of a Haaretz survey that asked Israeli-Jews about their opinions of Israel’s policies toward the Palestinians. Presspectiva, an Israeli media watchdog, investigated the survey’s findings and found that Levy reported the results in a misleading fashion and even lied about what survey participants said.
For example, the survey asked participants about their opinions on allowing the 2.5 million Palestinians in the West Bank to vote in Israeli elections if Israel were to annex the West Bank. Levy reported that 69 percent of respondents oppose Palestinians voting in Israeli elections, and thus concluded that “most of the Jewish public in Israel supports the establishment of an apartheid regime in Israel if it formally annexes the West Bank.” However, as The Algemeiner discusses, this is very misleading, as Levy leaves out the fact that most Israelis oppose annexing the West Bank.
Levy also claims that 74 percent of Israeli-Jews support separate roads for Israelis and Palestinians in the West Bank, which is also misleading. As Honest Reporting points out, only 24 percent of respondents view these separate roads as “good,” while 50 percent view them as “necessary.”
Levy also fails to mention that Israeli-Arab citizens may use these roads as they please; the roads are only separated based off citizenship, meaning only non-citizens must use separate roads. He also never mentions the fact that these separate roads exist because Palestinian terrorists fired on Israeli citizens when the roads were shared.
Gideon Levy and Haaretz reported the findings of their survey by distorting the facts and falsely accusing Israeli-Jews. These false findings have been picked up by media outlets around the world, giving anti-Semites and biased critics of Israel more fuel to demonize the Jewish state and the Jewish people.

Anti-European, anti-American Arab Jihad, 1947, “Palestine”

October 24, 2012

Anti-European, anti-American JIHAD in 1947 (Sep. 27 & October 12/13

First, the Swedish Consulate was attacked in Sep. Then the Polish Consulate on Oct. 12 as well as the US Consulate General in Jerusalem was bombed shortly after.
All perpetrated by Islamic-Arabs’ underground ‘JIHAD’, as a “holy war” against Europeans and Americans (Western powers) and against Jews.

The CIA under Harry Truman – United States. Central Intelligence Agency, Michael Warner, Center for the Study of Intelligence (U.S.). History Staff, 1994, 473 pp.
[p. 147]

The partition of Palestine, as proposed to the United Nations, satisfies minimum Zionist demands, but will be bitterly resisted by the Arabs.
Its adoption and implementation would precipitate Arab armed resistance possibly assuming the proportions of a Holy War against Europeans and Americans as well as Jews. The Arab governments could not control this popular reaction; they would be coerced by it, supplanted by governments responsive to the popular will. [pp. 154-5]
At the conference of the Political Committee of the Arab League in October 1947 it is significant that the Mufti, as Chairman of the Arab Higher Committee. played a leading role. Although the Arab Higher Committee and the Arab League. have differed as to the advisability of testifying before UNSCOP, the members of the League are in complete accord over the injustice of partition to the Palestinian Arabs…

(2) Religious Pressure.

The Arab governments are probably as greatly influenced by religious pressures as they are by nationalist pressures. The Arabs are capable of areligious fanaticism which when coupled with political aspirations is an extremely powerful force. Whether or not the Arab governments are capable of guiding this force is difficult to judge. It is very possible that certain religious organizations will take the initiative in organizing Arab resistance in Palestine.

The Ikhwan al Muslimin (Moslem Brotherhood), with headquarters in Egypt, is an organization of young Moslems founded for the purpose of orienting Arab society in accordance with Islamic ideologies. Branches of the Ikhwan have been formed in Syria and Lebanon, and one of the most active branches is in Palestine. The Ikhwan regards Westernization as a dangerous threat to Islam and would oppose any political encroachment of Zionism on Palestine with religious fanaticism. Should a “Jihad,” or Holy War, be declared, the Ikhwan would be the Spearhead of any “crusade.”
The Grand Mufti, as head of the Moslem Supreme Council, can count on the unanimous support of all members of the Ikhwan, who are assured of entrance into Paradise if they die on the ñeld of battle

(3) Tribal Pressure.

The tribes of the Arab countries are a powerful element in the political and military pattern of the Middle East. The tribe is a group of related families under the leadership of a chief (sheikh) which may be joined in a confederacy with other tribes under a paramount sheikh The economic basis of tribal life is pastoral nomadism involving periodic migrations to seek pasturage for camels, sheep, and horses. The nomad (Beduin) population of Iraq, Syria, Transjordan, and Saudi Arabia has been estimated at 2,500,000.

The conditions of Beduin life have developed a hardy type of fighting man, not only imbued with a warilke tradition (,FONT COLOR=RED>combining religious fanaticism with an enthusiastic devotion to looting, plundering, and raiding) but also trained in the use of small arms and the methods of desert warfare.

Large stipends have been paid annually to the tribes of the Near East by whatever power wished to have their support, whether that power was British, French, or the local Arab government. Since the Arab governments now pay the stipends, they could rely on the tribes within their regions. The tribes would doubtless join the crusade, not only for reasons of Arab patriotism but also for plunder, the assurance of additional stipends, and the thrill of battle. The Syrian Defense Minister stated on 9 October that as the Arabs marched into Palestine they “would be buttressed by 100,000 1ootseeking Beduin described as ‘mine fodder’.”

The dramatic meeting of 500 Kurdish and Arab tribal sheikhs at Hílla in Iraq in October passed a resolution for a Holy War to defend Palestine. Although Prime Minister Saleh Jabr took the initiative in organizing this meeting, it is significant that the Arab and Kurdish leaders (many of whom are hostile to each other) consented to meet and to agree to a common program.

[p. 158]
The Bludan Conference of 1946 established a course of procedure* to be followed by the Arab states in the event that the recommendations of the Anglo-American Committee should be implemented.
Following the publication of the UNSCOP report and the speech of Secretary Marshall before UNGA, the Arab League Political Committee met and decided in general terms to apply the Bludan recommendations if partition were voted by the UN.
However, in the discussions on the manner in which these recommendations should be applied, there was considerable disagreement in the Political Committee. Some of the Arab governments refused to consider a break in diplomatic relations with the Western powers, and others refused to cancel oil concessions. Nevertheless, there is complete unanimity among the Arab states as regards aim.
They are all unalterably opposed to the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine. Whether or not they now agree on retaliatory measures against the US is beside the point; in time US interests will be seriously affected, if not by the decisions of the Arab governments, certainly by instability and hostility which will inevitably be aroused in the Arab world.
The bombing of the American Consulate General in Jerusalem on 13 October is evidence of the Arab resentment against US support of the majority plan.  This action was reported to have been taken by the newly formed Arab terrorist group which calls itself “the Jihad.” Whatever the official position of the Arab governments may be, the attacks on US property, installations, and personell by irresponsible groups or…

PALESTINE AS PRESENTED TO MIDDLE AMERICA IN OCTOBER 1947
[…]
ARABS QUICK TO RETALIATE FOR U.S. DECISION

JERUSALEM, Oct 13.-(UP)
A bomb exploded in the compound of the United States consulate in Jerusalem today, slightly injuring two employees, and police blamed it on the Arab underground organization, Jihad.

As the bomb exploded, more than 2,000 Arabs of the Syrian-Lebanese armies, including armored units, were reported to be maneuvering along the northern border of Palestine.  The Jewish defense army Hagana alerted its men as far south as the center of Palestine.

Police suspected the Jihad bombed the U.S. consulate in reprisal for the United States announcment of its support on Saturday of a proposal before the United Nations to partition Palestine into Arab and Jewish states.

It was the third consulate bombing blamed on the Jihad.  Besides the Polish and U.S. consulates, the Swedish consulate also has been bombed.  A Swede was chairman of the committee that recommended Palestine’s partition in a majority report.

A few windows also were broken in the U.S consulate and the consul-general’s dining room was slightly damaged.  The two injured employees were cut by pieces of flying glass.

The guard around the U.S. consulate had been reinforced recently and police said they did not understand how the bombers got through.  They suspected, however, that the Arabs entered the compound of the consulate over Julian’s Way, a road which runs behind the building.

The bomb went off about 10 feet from the entrance to the consulate.  The circumstances were almsost identical with those in the bombing of the Polish consulate.

The Syrian-Lebanese forces, part of the seven-nation Arab army the Arab League had threatened to throw against the Jews, were so close to the frontier that Palestinians could see their campfires twinkling across the desert all night.  A United Press correspondant at one border town saw ground forces maneuvering.

Although the Hagana, which claims to have a total of 75,000 Jews enrolled, alerted its followers, it evidently was not deeply impressed.

Official Syrian and Lebanese sources said Friday that those nations had sent a total of 25,000 troops to the northern frontier.  There were no reports from anywhere in Palestine today that more than one-tenth of that number were up to the frontier.

The Jewish Irgun Zvai Leumi, which reportedly has 10,000 men, announced that it was ready to call off its feud with Hagana and join a common defense army, if Hagana started general recruiting to meet the emergency.

Polish Consulate in Jerusalem Bombed;seen As Arab Reply to Pro-jewish Stand at U.N.
October 13, 1947
Jerusalem, Oct. 12 (JTA) –
The Polish Consulate here was bombed today in what was thought to be an Arab reply to the pro-Jewish statement made at the U.N. this week by the Polish delegation. The blast caused slight damage and no casualties.

A few minutes later another explosion was heard in the Rehavia quarter. Police said later that a grenade had been thrown at an armored patrol car. Armed guards are stationed around the U.S. Consulate, which is a logical target for attacks. The Swedish Consulate was bomed earlier this month, apparently in retaliation for the fact that Judge Emil Sandstroem was chairman of UNSCOP.

Meanwhile, leaders of the Jewish community, who have been heartened by the U.S. position, were engaged this week-end in working out a wind-up statement at the U.N. and in girding for internal defense. The Agency met today to discuss both these questions, but no statement was issued.

The Jewish National Council again called on the Yishuv to be ready to meet any possible disorders, at the same time that it appealed to the Arabs for peace. The secretariats of the Palestine Labor Party and the Histadruth also issued “mobilization orders.” The Labor Party held a special conference to map new security precautions and to discuss the steps that will have to be taken prior to Britain’s withdrawal.

Persistent reports from the Arab League council meeting in Lebanon that a provisional government for Palestine had been set up, composed mainly of members of the Palestine Arab Higher Executive, said that its composition would be announced within a few days. The reports say the “government” has already appointed district commanders to take over when the British leave.

It is learned, meanwhile, that two British battalions in Galilee will soon be withdrawn, one to Affuleh, the other to Tiberias, which are now garrisoned by units of the Arab Legion.

Since there have been clashes between settlers in Galilee and legionnaires, the Haganah has reinforced its security provisions in Galilee. However, a Haganah source insisted today that these steps were not taken with a view to meeting a possible border attack, because it is believed accounts of Arab troops from Syria, Lebanon and Egypt moving against Palestine are exaggerated out of all proportion to the facts, although reports tonight said that some Syrian units had arrived on Palestine’s northern border.

(A Foreign Office spokesman declared yesterday in London that if a threat of war developed in Palestine, Britain might consider placing the matter before the United Nations, but added that no such threat had developed. Asked whether, in the event of an armed conflict, Britain would halt the delivery of arms to Iraq, Egypt and Transjordan under the treaties of alliance made with these states, the spokesman replied Britain might consider that possibility.)

U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem Bombed; Two Employees Injured, Damage to Property Slight
October 14, 1947
Jerusalem, Oct. 13 (JTA) – The United States consulate in Jerusalem was bombed today in what was thought to be an Arab reply to the pro-partition statement made at Lake Success on Saturday by U.S. delegate Herschel Johnson.

The blast slightly injured two mail-room employees–Ethel Delevi of Boston and Miriam Pilpel, a Palestinian–and damaged a car in the consulate courtyard. A door leading from the courtyard was blown in and the hallway littered with plaster.

When the explosion occurred, Consul Robert MacAtee was conferring with the High Commissioner on measures to safeguard the consulate. He rushed from Government House to the scene of the blast. Later, he met with high police officers to plan further security precautions. An armed guard has been stationed around the consulate for the past few days.

An official visit to Baghdad by a Congressional sub-committee has been cancelled as a result of the Iraq Government’s displeasure at the stand taken by the U.S. delegate on the UNSCOP report, according to dispatches reaching here from that capital. Receptions by the government and the U.S. Embassy had been scheduled.

Islamic jihad massacres – hate crimes en-masse

October 4, 2012

Islamic Jihad massacres, as hate crimes en-masse

Every Islamic terror act, anywhere, is a clear cut case of intolerance. It is always against the “other.”

True, by Islamic Jihad any infidel targets are fair-game. It’s just that some groups are easier targets than others, as “justification” are aided by propaganda, often backed by some radical liberals in the West. Such are many Muslim aggressors posing as “victims.” For instance, those Arab immigrants’ grandchildren, invaders in Jews’ Israel/Palestine who go by the title “Palestinians,” while some in the West really buy the notion that these mass-murderers (who hide behind civilians, to bring about casualties, to be used as trophies) are just about “Palestine-Arab-State,” ignoring or unaware of their real ethnic cleansing aims from the entire Holy Land.

Ethno-religious hatred classics:

Arab supremacy –derived from Koran, Koranic spirit and themes– especially resulting in enslaving Africans and Asians in the Arab world (often having the “inferior” non-Arabs as ‘sex-slaves’ as well) and the genocide in the Sudan (of already 3.5 million, since the 1950s) by a classic combination of Arab racism and Islamic Jihad. The same diabolical combination that “founded” (in the 1920s) the Arab Vs Israel “conflict,” by infamous Mufti who collaborated with the ultimate ‘racists’ – the WW2 Hitler/Nazis. Ever since, the ‘holy war’ against the Jews in the land has always been under the dual slogan of Allah Akbar and Itbach al-Yahud (AKA genocide). Leaving also behind, an inspired legacy of decades (and current) of ugly Nazi style cartoons in the hateful Arab press.

The Armenian Genocide 1915-23, was both: Turkish ethnic supremacy and an overall holy war against Christians. The same goes to Turkish anti-Greek and anti-Assyrian genocide. Totaling a combined 2.7 million Christian victims.

Ethno-Religious Moro-Muslims VS Philippines’ natives.

Ethno-Religious Malay-Muslims VS Thai natives.

Ethno-Religious Islamic-Hausa-Fulani VS Igbo Christians in Biafra Nigeria – 1960s-70s (3 million dead).
Current (2011-13) Boko Haram Islamic mass-murder campaign in that country, deepens the Ethno-Religious divide.

Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam Black-Muslim supremacy’s anti-White racism is deeply woven with radical Islamic vision. So were its linked Zebra murders in the 1970s and the Beltway snipers shootings in 2002.

Ethno-Religious “pure-Muslim” Pakistani VS Bangladeshi (regarded as the impure) genocide – 1971 (3 million dead).

Ethno-Religious “Palestinian” and Lebanese Muslims VS Christian Natives Maronites in Lebanon. 1970s-2000 (at least 100,000 victims).

Iran-Iraq war – 1980s (a million victims – at least). Racism (Arab supremacy vs Aryan-Iranians) and “we are the true Muslims” motivation, on both sides.

Pakistani Sunnis and Shiites VS Ethno-Religious Ahmadis, resulting in mass violence. So is rampant anti-Ahmadi bigotry among “Palestinian” Arabs.

Ethno-Religious Muslim-Uighur VS Han native Chinese. Terror attacks (not just against government but against ordinary Chinese too) recorded.

Ethno-Religious Indonesian Muslims VS Chinese (especially in the late ’90s, mass rape and murder); Vs native Papuans (100,000 dead); Vs native Catholics in E. Timor (1975-99, resulting in 200,000 victims).

One of the ardent supporters and admirers of Osama bin Laden, who celebrated 9/11 massacre, the pan-Arab, pan-Islamic AEL (Arab European League) founded by Arab Lebanese, former Hezbollah D. A. Jahjah, has been accused of inciting racism and violence in Belgium.

Ever since the bloody ‘Islamic theme of al-Aqsa’ intifada erupted (2000), Jews in Europe have been even an easier target to Islamic anti-Semitism, physical attacks and attempted ethnic cleansing. Such as by Arab/African Muslims in France; by Turkish/Iranian Muslims in Germany; by Arab-Muslims in the Benelux, Sweden and Norway. The kidnappers and torturers to death of Ilan Halimi to the sound of reciting the Koran (Paris, 2006) –for instance– were inspired by Hamas literature.
The (2012) Toulouse school massacre by Mohamed Merah of the Islamic hate group ‘Forsane Alizza,’ (NYT reported Jan/23/12, that its site was laced with hate posting, it typically claimed to be “fighting Islamophobia,” and the DailyTelegraph reported Mar/23/12, that in Jan/12, “Forsane Alizza was banned in France for inciting racial hatred,”) made sure to mention those “Palestinians.”
Likewise, Arabs in Latin America, have been targeting Jews.

The Pakistani Jihadi Lashkar-e-Taiba (“Army of the Pure”) in Mumbai (2008), aided by the ISI (Pakistan Spy Agency) specifically targeted Whites, and even more so the Jews.

Ethno-Religious Arab-Muslims VS native Coptic-Christians in Egypt, hate crimes still going on…

Ethno-Religious (mostly separated by origin/ethnicity as well) Shiite VS Sunnis, and vice versa in Iraq (Zarqawi argued that ‘Shia were more dangerous than the “Zionists and Crusaders,”‘ Egyptian Cleric said -Mar/09- “Shiites are worse than Jews,”) and in Pakistan.
Sunni Vs Alawites, Syria (al-Qaeda cleric’s Fatwa -Jul/12- calls Alawites, “greater infidels than the Christians and Jews”).
Bloodshed going on, full force.
A study about 2011 worldwide terror attacks -for example- found 70% of the (over 12,000) killings were perpetrated by Sunni Muslims. That includes: al-Qaeda, Taliban, and others.

Last point but not least: most “conflicts” and bloodshed around the globe today ARE correlated to Islamism.

Supreme Islam leader in palestine, Haj Amin al-Husseini Grand Mufti, pan-Arab, pan-Islam leader[1][2][3][4]:

  • Islamized Nazism
Leading scholar J. Herf: “the Mufti played a central role in the cultural fusion of European with Islamic traditions… He was one of the few who had mastered the ideological themes and nuances of fascism and Nazism, as well as the anti-Jewish elements within the Koran and its subsequent commentaries.”[5] Noted writer B. Lewis: … he aimed at much vaster purposes, conceived not so much in pan-Arab as in pan-Islamic terms, for a Holy War of Islam in alliance with Germany against world Jewry, to accomplish the final solution of the Jewish problem.[6]Author P. Berman uses historical sources archival records that have been published only in the past year, he shows how al-Banna funded the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Amin al-Husseini, “Adolf Hitler’s most prolix and prominent champion in the Arab world”. Al-Husseini drew from Nazism and the Koran to create Islamic fascism, which he broadcast ad nauseam over the radio on the Voice of Free Arabism. And these poisonous texts found their way into the writings of the Muslim Brotherhood.[7] On 4 October 1944, in his radio speech, the mufti asserted that “as far as fighting against Jewry, Islam and National Socialism have moved very close to one another.” From Islamists’ praises: On 12 June 1946, the paper Al Kutla welcomed Husseini “in the field of Jihad.” On 30 June 1946, the Muslim Brotherhood paper Al Ikhwan Al Muslimin said of Husseini, “The Arab hero and symbol of Al Jihad and patience and struggle is here in Egypt.”[8]

  • Assisted in genocide
Al-Husseini together with his aid and henchman A. Shukairy[9] aided Eichmann on his extermination program.[10]

  • “Father” of the Arab-Israeli conflict / “father” of radicalism
The Mufti also “founded” the entire Arab-Israeli conflict,[11] appropreiately termed the “father” of Palestinian radicalism,[12] motivated by sheer bigotry, whose hatred of Jews was both religious and racial,[13] radical Islamic judeophobia[14] and ethnic racism[15] as an extremist Arab racist[16] supremacist. Since the early 1920s he had sought to rouse the mass of believers by falsely claiming that the Jews intended to take over al-Haram al- Sharif (the Temple Mount area) in order to rebuild Solomon’s Temple on the ruins of the great mosques. He had called on Muslim leaders throughout the world to rally to the defense of the holy places of Islam… Haj Amin created the basis for a more popular national movement in the 1930s that succeeded in bringing the Palestinian cause into the forefront of pan-Islamic and pan-Arab concerns… [17]

  • Jerusalem?
In order to agitate for violence, he evoked a “link” of (Jews’ hitsoric) Jerusalem to Muslims, after a long history of sinking into oblivion,[18] and abandoned by the Muslim population.[19]

  • 1918: ‘Only the sword…’
Already in 1918, he set forth his ‘vision.’ “… the Zionists, will be massacred to the last man. We want no progress, no prosperity. Nothing but the sword will decide the future of this country.”[20][21]

  • Violence: 1920 & on
Incited to bloody violence since at least 1920.[22] The following year, in May 1921, another series of anti-Jewish riots in Jafa, Hadera, Rehovot, Petach Tikveh and Kfar Saba resulted in the deaths of nearly 100 people.[23] The Arab demonstrators shouted incendiary slogans such as “Palestine is our land and the Jews our dogs.” They clearly made no practical distinction between indigenous Sephardic or ultra-Orthodox Jews from the old Jerusalem community[24] Indeed, (long before the Arabs’ deep loss of the 1967 Six-Day war, where they mark the beginning of a so-called “Occupation,”) from 1920 to 1966, Arab terrorists murdered 1513 Jewish residents of British Mandatory Palestine.[25]Al-Husseini had used his authority as Grand Mufti and as head of the council in the 1920s and 1930s to issue fatwas agaisnt the British and the Jews… as well as against moderate fellow Arabs. Upon becoming Grand Mufti in 1921, al-Husseini declared a fatwa of Jihad against the Palestinian Jewish settlers and simultaneously declared that all Muslims who maintained friendly relations with the Jews were to be considered as infidels, an enduring conviction in many quarters to this day.[26]

  • 1929 Hebron massacre
He ignited,[27] through “provocative speeches,”[28] the massacre in Hebron 1929, which put an end to the ancient Jewish community in Hebron, massacring dozens; people were set on fire with kerosene, tortured to death, castrated, and raped.[29] On August 24, after Arabs had killed Jews in the Old City, 65 Jews were killed in Hebron. In all, between August 23 and August 26, 133 Jews were killed, 399 wounded and 6 Jewish colonies destroyed.[30] He called: “Kill the Jews wherever you find them, this pleases Allah.”[31] It raised the issue: how Arabs were incited to violence during Friday afternoon worship in their mosques… the concept of jihad and the 72 virgins a Muslim allegedly receives if he dies as a martyr.[32]

  • 1931 – with Muft’s collaboration, his cousin[33] Abd al-Qadir founds the ‘Holy War Organization’ / Sacred Holy War [“munazzamat al-jihad al-muqaddas”].
[34] It operates against the Jews and the British.[35]

  • Dec. 1931, Mufti organizes pan-Islamic conference.[36] Representatives were a mixture of fascists and Islamists.[37] He forges an alliance with Muslim Bosnian official which will help them both, later on, in WW2, to commit crimes for the Nazis.[38]

  • 1933 Hitler just rose – Mufti already cheers/supports
Merely within weeks of Hitler’s accession to power, the Mufti of Jerusalem, Hajj Amin al-Husseini, approached the German consul-general in Jerusalem, Dr. Heinrich Wolff, and offered his services.[39] It was on March 31, 1933, the Mufti declared his supoort on behalf of Muslims everywhere, saying: ‘Muslims inside and outside Palestine welcome the new regime in Germany and hope for the spread of fascist, antidemocratic. governmental system to other countries.’[40]

  • Muslim Brotherhood
In 1935, the Mufti met al-Banna’s brother Abd-al-Rahman on behalf of al-Banna[41] in Jerusalem; subsequent to that meeting, the Mufti arranged for the Brotherhood to receive funding from the Nazis.[42] The Muslim Brotherhood’s al-Banna collaborated with the Nazis which he was jailed for.[43] The Brotherhood had the ‘Mein Kampf’ translated into Arabic.[44] Al-Banna established a youth movement whose military and physical attributes resembled those of the Nazi youth organisations, demanding absolute obedience to their leader, and declaring their willingness to use force in pursuit of the Brotherhood’s goals. His Special Apparatus was composed of members who were ‘prepared spiritually and physically to engage in jihad for the mission’.[45]

  • Arab Nazi Party
The Mufti was establishing youth groups in Palestine, and inspired/helped Jamal Husseini’s –1935– founding of the Arab Nazi Party through the ‘Palestinian Arab Party.’ By 1936 the Arab version of Hitler-youth recruited child soldiers for the sake of “Arabism” and for “Allah.”[46]

  • 1936-1939 riots
Between 1936-1939, he was -again- behind bloody riots in Palestine, made possible with funds he received from the Nazis as an ally.[47]

  • Hitlerjugend
1937: The Mufti organized the “Nazi Scouts,” based on the Hitler Youth.[48] comprising some 20,000 “child soldiers.”[49] They were called “Holy Jihad.”[50]

  • Another “Hitler”
Termed in 1938: ‘the Hitler of the Near East.’[51]

  • Eiminating moderates
While there were many moderates in the 1920s, who welcomed the Jewish newcomers returning to their ancient land and joining the local Jewish population, al-Husseini, however, through his violent bloody system of intimidation and assassinations, made “sure,” there are no moderate Arabs left by the end of the 1930s.[52] He personally ordered assassinations especialy between 1938-1941.[53]

  • Converting Nazis – Jamait-e-Muslimin
In 1939, co-planned with the Nazis to convert 25,000 Germans into Islam, to be organized into a Moslem association – “Jamait-e-Muslimin.” They’d be sent out for propaganda.[54]

  • Rachid Ali coup – fatwa
Was behind the pro-Hitler Coup d’etat of pan-Arabist Raschid Ali; called (May, 1941) for a “holy war”[55][56][57][58] against the British and in favor of the Nazis. So did much of the wider Muslim clergy in that country.[59]

  • Farhud
Incited the Farhud pogrom June 1941 in Iraq,[60] Where 179 Jewish men, women, and children were killed; 242 children orphaned; 586 businesses looted…[61] A Nazi-style pogrom in Baghdad that set the stage for the devastation and expulsion of the Iraqi Jews and ultimately almost a million Jews across the Arab world.[62]

  • Meeting Hitler
On Nov. 1941 he met A. Hitler.[63][64] In accordance with the Nazi “racial supremacy,” Arabs were considered just as inferior as Jews, Hitler regarded them as half-apes,[65][66] “and declined to shake the Mufti’s hand and refused to drink coffee with him.” They, nevertheless, found ‘common goal’ in their mutual anti-Jewish hatred.[67]

  • Arab Fuhrer
Gained widespread acclaim as the ‘Fuhrer of the Arab world.’[68] or the ‘Arab Fuhrer.’[69]

  • Mufti: ‘Allah in heaven – Hitler on earth’
[Since at least] 1942 – spread propaganda slogan: “In Heaven Allah, On Earth Hitler.”[70]

  • Einsatzgruppe – planned extermination of the Jews of Palestine
1942: The planned extermination of the Jews living in Palestine… In 1941-42 Nazi Germany appeared to be invincible in North Africa… The Mufti had several meetings with Adolf Hitler. Nazi Germany also pledged to wipe out the Jews who had been living in Palestine since time immemorial as well as the new arrivals from the beginning of the modern Zionist movement in the nineteenth century and following the Balfour Declaration in 1917… A special unit was assembled and trained in Greece in the spring of 1942 by SD officer Walter Rauff, the originator of the gassing van experiments in Poland and the Soviet Union. They were to operate behind the lines with the help of those in the region who were eager to join the task force. After El Alamein, the Einsatzkommando shifted its operations to Tunisia, where it implemented cruel anti-Jewish policies for many months. Over 2,500 Tunisian Jews were to die in the camps set up by the Nazis and their collaborators.[71]

  • Free Arabia
The Mufti organized the Arabisches Freiheitskorps.[72][73] In 1942, a few months after his arrival in Germany, Haj Amin started organizing an Axis-Arab Legion from among the Arab students in Germany, the Arab prisoners of war, and the emigres who had followed him to Germany. They wore the German uniform and had “Free Arabia” patches on their shoulders. This Arabisches Freiheitskorps was a part of the German Army and protected lines of communication in Macedonia. The legionnaires had been instrumental in ferreting out American and British parachutists landed in Yugoslavia, whom the local population was seeking to hide and protect from the Nazis. The Legion also served on the Russian front …[74][75]

  • Genocide for Allah!
One of his infamous genocidal speeches -embedded with Islamic theme- was delivered on March 1, 1944: “Kill the Jews wherever you find them… this pleases Allah, history, and religion. This saves your honor. Allah is with you.”[76][77][78][79][80]

  • Prevented the saving of Jewish children from the gas chambers
He, repeatedly[81] intervened to prevent the saving of thousands of children, destined to Palestine, from being burned in Auschwitz…[82][83]

  • Handschar – “holy warriors”
Led -“spiritually”- in 1943-44 Muslim-Nazi divisions,[84][85][86][87] recruited a substantial numbers of Moslem Holy Warriors,[88] to commit “atrocities against Yugoslav Jews, Serbs and Gypsies.”[89] Included was a special unit of Muslims in Albania noted for its savagery.[90] Visiting these troops, he was frequently praying with them, exhorting them to fight for Allah.[91]

  • Visiting Auschwitz
The Muslim leader visited Auschwitz[92][93] in 1944[94] and urged at the German Nazis to speed up the extermination[95][96]

  • Urged Nazis to bomb Palestine
The “Grand Mufti has already repeatedly proposed bomb attacks on Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in order to injure Palestinian Jewry and for propaganda purposes in the Arab world,”[97][98][99] particularly “around November 2, 1943.” It was rejected by the Germans.[100]

  • Solidarity and admiration for Nazis’ ‘final solution’
At the same time (Nov.’42), he delivered a speech stressing the common goals Nazis and Islamits have againts the Jews and praising the “solution” the Nazis found…[101][102][103][104] Incitement becomes increasingly more towards ‘extermination.’ such as on the radio station ‘Voice of Free Arabism’ (VFA). The hatred that drew on religious passion merged with Nazism’s modern racist rhetoric. Not just murder but calls for genocide were literally on the airwaves.[105]

  • Pan-Arab leader – through Nazis:
The Mufti sought -through the Nazis- the establishment of a pan-Arab federation or state,[106] and was looked upon as the leader of the pan-Arab community in exile.[107]

  • Plot to poison 250,000 Jews in Palestine
1944 – ‘Operation Atlas.’[108] Mufti plotted the poisoning of wells in Tel-Aviv,[109][110][111][112] “The laboratory report stated that each of the container held enough poison to kill 25,000 people, and there were at least ten containers.”[113][114]

  • Islamic Vatican?
A possible “Islamic Vatican” headed by the Mufti was reported on June 1946.[115]

  • Shukairy justifies Holocaust
In 1946, his (above mentioned) henchman (during his Nazi stay in Berlin), Ahmad Shukairy, justified Hitler’s slaughter of 6,000,000 Jews.[116]At the same time, Shukairy with (the Mufti’s relative[117]) Jamal Husseini who founded in 1935 the Arab version of the Hitlerjugend in Nazi Arab-Palestine,[118] have accepted the Mufti, as the ‘head of the Palestine Delegation,’ before the Arab League – Bludan Resolutions.[119]Shukairy would later be known for becoming PLO’s first chairman; for coining the genocidal slogan ‘throw the Jews into the sea.’[120] He’d invent a dreadful analogy to South Africa in a hate speech at the UN on October 17, 1961 (apartheid slur, after a strongly anti-Western speech),[121] and would shamelessly/openly identify himself with Nazi groups, in December 1962.[122][123][124][125]

  • Jihad – 1947
In 1947 he called for a jihad for genocide on Jews, saying: “I declare a holy war, my Moslem brothers! Murder the Jews! Murder them all.”[126]

  • Holy Jihad Army
In 1948, the Holy Jihad Army, was sponsored by the exiled mufti.[127] Together with the Higher Arab Committee he formed the Holy Jihad army and brought the Arab states into war against Israel. Those who didn’t join, were marked “traitors.”[128]

  • A “principal architect” of 1948 Arab refugees
In 1948, he appealed to the Arabs in Palestine to evacuate…[129][130] Dubbed: “one of the principal architects of the Arab disasters of 1948 and 1949.”[131]

  • 1948 Mufti-Eichmann pogrom
Together with his buddy Eichmann, he plotted the anti-Jewish pogrom in Egypt, 1948[132]

  • Dictator of Greater Arabia
Still, in the 1950s, he was termed, the uncrowned dictator of Greater Arabia.[133]

  • Hate propaganda (1960s)
Oversaw, in the 1960s, A. Shukairy’s ‘Palestine Delegation’ anti-Jewish hate propaganda, spreading its venom in the West.[134]

Islamic Genocide (16 Million dead since 1915?)

June 12, 2012

ISLAMIC GENOCIDE

Some of highlighted mass casualties by (political) Islam in course of the last century, from 1915 and on (updated June, 2012)

  • Casualties: 2,700,000 Chritians – (1915-1923) by Ottoman-Empire Muslim Turkey. 750,000 Assyrians, 500,000 Greeks and 1.5 million Armenians.[1]
    Nature: 1.) Ethnic cleansing.[2] 2.) Islamic Jihad.[3][4]
  • Casualties: close to 27,000 In Israel between 1920-2012, at the hands of Arab/Muslims. 24,526 Israelis/Jews killed, 35,356 injured, and 1,967 Arab “Palestinians” killed by other Arab “Palestinians.”[5]
Nature: roots and motivation: the genocide campaign[6][7][8][9] began (mainly) in the early 1920s by the supreme Islam leader, the pan-Arab Mufti, Haj Amin al-Husseini, motivated by both: ethnic racism and religious bigotry,[10] which is the root and the ungoing motivation for the violence.[11][12][13] In WW2, the Mufti worked with Adolf Hitler,[14][15] together with his henchman and spokesman Ahmad Shukairy,[16] the first PLO leader, who called in 1967 to ‘throw the Jews into the sea.’[17][18][19]
There were numerous calls for anti-Israel jihad.[20][21][22]
Note: most Israeli casualties are innocent non-combatants. Most Arab “Palestinian” casualties are combatants and/or involved in violent attacks.[23] (“The great majority of Arabs killed in the framework of the Israeli-Arab Conflict were killed as a result of wars instigated by the Arabs…”[24]) All the while, humane Israeli soldiers sacrifice their own lives in order to minimize Arab casualties.[25] Not to mention Arab-Islamic intentional routine in causing deaths on their side via human shields.[26] Same goes to Hezbollah tactics.[27] In fact: It stands out, the ‘IDF’s unparalleled record of sparing civilians in counter-terrorism operations.’[28]
  • Casualties: Between 3,000 and over 10,000[29] Hindus were massacred in 1921, Kerala, India. [Moplah riots].
Nature: They were “butchered in circumstances of barbarity, skinned alive, made to dig their own graves before slaughter, running into thousands ; women, andpurda (veiled) women too, raped. Thousands were forcibly converted.”[30][31] by “a fanatical Moslem sect which attempted forcible conversions to Islam.”[32] They were decendants of Arabs who were intending to establish an Islamic regime.[33] The Moplahs who “regarded all non-Muslims as infidels, and who had been influenced by the Khilafat movement, declared two independent Muslim kingdoms. They then attacked both Europeans and Hindus.”[34]They called for a Holy war against Britain, as a “duty of Mahomedans to join in a Jehad, or holy war,”[35] and against Hindus.[36] “The Khilafat Muslim leaders.. sent telegrams to Moplah rebels extolling them as heroes fighting for the glory of their religion.”[37]
  • Casualties: 6,000 Assyrians, in 1933, Simele, Iraq.[38] It was seen as “a Muslim jihad, holy war, waged against a small Christian community.”[39] Indeed, “All Arab classes were called by the Government organs, such as newspapers and others, to join in the Holy War. Non-compliance mean treachery.”[40]
  • Casualties: 3,500,000Sudan – from 1953 to 2005.[41] Including 2,500,000 between 1983-2005.[42][43]
Nature: Arab Islamic “supremacy” over “inferior” Southerners. [44][45] Jihad declared in 1983 by Numeiri,[46] and 1991 by al-Bashir.[47]
  • Casualties: 100,000 in Kurdistan-Iraq war [1961-1970], by the Iraqi government.[48]
  • Casualties: over 100,000,[49] or upto 400,000,[50] in Papua New Guinea, since 1963, by Muslim Indonesian: government and Jihadists.
    Nature: Apartheid / ethnic cleansing[51] and jihad.[52][53]
  • Casualties: between 500,000 and 1,000,000. (between 1965-66).[54] in Indonesia. Muslims Vs. communists rift.[55] Islamic parties helping Suharto,[56] Islamic leaders were calling for a jihad against the PKI,[57] as well as the official press,[58] and Suharto’s military gave a green light for Muslims to massacre in a jihad.[59]
  • Casualties: 3,000,000Nigeria, by Muslim [Hausa / Fulani] dominated forces against the Ibo / Christians [1966-1970].[60][61][62]
  • Casualties: 2,000-25,000 between Jordanians and “Palestinians” 1970-71 (Black September).[63]
  • Casualties: around 16,000 in terror attacks in India since 1970. 15,674 before the 2008 Mumbai attacks of 11/26.[64]
  • Casualties: 300,000Lebanon 1970s-1999 by Syria and ‘Palestinians’.[65]

Character: 1.) Idi Amin – fanatical Muslim.[73][74][75] 2.) Promoting Islam in Uganda.[76]] 3.) Most of his victims were Christians.[77] Many were murdered for their faith.[78] 4.) He campaigned a jihad holy war against Uganda’s Christians.[79] and against Jews.[80] 5.) An anti-White racist.[81] 6.) Anti-Asian, carrying out ethnic cleansing of 60,000 Indians,[82] of 60,000 Indians,[83] claiming it was an act of “liberation” and inspired by God…[84] 7.) Brutal dictator.[85] 8.) A Hitler admirer,[86] fascist,[87][88] whose ‘fascist regime’ was supported by the Soviets[89] and by the ‘Islamic Legion.’[90]
  • Casualties: 200,000East timor (Between 1975 and mid-1999) by (Islamic) Indonesia.[91]
    Nature: oppression and jihad.[92][93]
  • Casualties: over 300,000Iraq (1979-2003) under (Quran-ic[94]) Saddam Hussein.[95] Or as many as 500,000.[96]
Nature: dictatorship;[97] anti-Kurdish Arab-racism;[98] and Sunni Vs. Shiite “religious intolerance.”[99]
Note: Baathist racist Arab tyrants like Saddam Hussein, carried out masssacres in the name of Islam,[100] and used highly, the ‘anti-infidel’ ideology.[101] He “encouraged Islamism during the 1990s.”[102]
  • Casualties: 80,000[103]Iran 1979 radical fascist[104][105] ‘Islamic Revolution.’

  • Casualties: between 500,000 and 1,500,000Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988).[106]
Nature: 1.) Sunni-Shiite intolerance.[107] 2.) Arab racism/supremacy against Persians by Baathist Iraq.[108] 3.) Persian racism against Arabs.[109] 3.) “Iran’s ruling mullahs proclaimed a holy war (jihad) and used ‘human sea’ tactics, sending forward wave after wave of men, and often children.”[110]
  • Casualties: 40,000Syria (1982, Hama by H. al-Assad).[111]
  • Casualties: between 100,000-150,000Yemen (1984-86 N. Yemen civil war).[112]
    Nature: 1.) Pan-Arabism, Nasser’s Arab nationalism.[113] 2.) Egyptian, Soviet backed [Muhammad’s-family decsendats] Royalists vs Saudi Arabian, Jordanian, Iranian backed fighters.[114] 3.) Sunni-Shiite divide.[115]
  • Casualties: 40,000 Kurds by Muslim Turkey 1984-1999.[116][117][118]
    Nature: Oppression and ethnic racism.[119]
  • Casualties: 10,000 – [Islamic Republic of] Iran (1988, massacre of political prisnoers).[120] Or 14,000.[121] Or 30,000.[122][123]
    Nature: ‘for being “infidels”‘[124]
  • Casualties: between 350,000 to 1,000,000.[125] Somalia civil war since 1991.
    Factors: 1.) Warlords/clans, with Islamists playing a major part.[126][127][128][129][130]
2.) The AIAI (al-Ittihad al-Islamiyya) was the main anti-Barre force, though it was known to be very Islamist, it was backed by Somalis because of its strong anti-Barre image. After Barre’s fall, the AIAI turned to a jihad against Ethiopia, it was aided by Saudis. “The Ethiopian military far overpowered AIAI destroying the organization’s political and military infrastructures. The defeat led to the disbandment of al-Ittihad al-Islamiyya in January 1997. After AIAI dissolved, many of its former members fled to Mogadishu and joined up with the Islamic Courts movement that was beginning to gain momentum there.”[131]
3.) Ruthless Sunni warlord Mohamed Farrah Aidid (Aideed) – wanted Somalia governed by “Islamic princpiles.”[132] He was becoming increasingly ‘Islamist’ in nature. especially since Islamic Mujahiddin were fighting for him.[133]
4.) One of the highlighted infamous incidents, was the al-Qaeda backed Islamists’ attack on humanitarian US mission, killing 18, in Oct, 1993.[134][135]
    5.) Sudan’s Hassan al-Turabi played a major role in Somali warlords feud,[136] his Jihadists.[137][138]
6.) Aidid’s Islamists friends/allies: Being helped militarily by Sudan’s Hassan Turabi and Iranian trained Islamic-fundamentalist militia, and using Hezbollah tactics, as Aidid, Sudan and Iran were “natural” allies, sharing common enemies: US and UN’s Coptic Boutrous-Ghali, “considered an avowed enemy of religious extremists.”[139]
7.) The ‘Union of Islamic Courts’ (IUC) – “a system of clan-based sharia courts that fought to gain control of Mogadishu through their militias.”[140] It contains some radical elements, with some linked to al-Qaeda.[141] It has since, became more and more powerful, planning secretly for a great ‘Islamic Republic.’[142]
Some see the ICU, like the Taliban, in politics of ‘radical Islamism.’[143] Note: Civil war also exposed deep racism from Afro-Arabs against natives. Arabs ‘always run the show.’[144]
  • Casualties: over 100,000Algeria (between 1992 and 2002).[145] Or even 200,000.[146]
    Nature: Islamists Vs. government.[147]
  • Casualties: 35,000 in Islamic terror attacks in Pakistan, since the 1990s. (Estimate as of June, 2011).[148]
  • Casualties: over 160,000,[149] or at leaset over 151,000.[150] in Iraq, since 2003.
    Factors:
    1) Intra-Islamic bigotry: Sunni-Shiite divide.[151][152][153]
    2) Al-Qaeda[154][155][156]
    3) Baathists.[157][158]
    4) Iran and its Hezbollah thugs.[159][160][161][162][163]
Note: The bloodshed continues after US withdrawal.[164][165]
  • Casualties: 30,000 children in Somalia – 2011 famine, Islamists’ fault,[166][167][168] who have been refusing, banning aid,[169][170][171][172] even preventing Somalis fleeing famine-ridden areas.[173]
  • Casualties: 16,000[174]Syria 2011-2012, or at least over 15,000[175] or at least over 13,000[176] by Syrian forces with Iranian[177][178][179] and Hezbollah active participation[180][181][182]
Nature: Alawite Islamic apartheid,[183] Sunni Vs Alawi ‘religious hatred.’[184][185][186][187][188][189] It also serves as a “Battleground Between Sunnis and Shiites.”[190]

PS
Of course, there’s also a very long list of many thousands of Islamic motivated attacks,[191] affecting: The US, Argentina, UK, France, Spain, Australia, India, Israel, Russia, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Chechnya, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Algeria, Pakistan, (example: 6,681 were killed in 2,782 terror attacks in 2011 alone[192]), Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Morocco, Yemen, Uzbekistan, Gaza, Tunisia, Mauritania, Kenya, Eritrea, Somalia, Nigeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Mali, Tanzania, Chad, Tajikistan, China, Nepal, the Maldives, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, etc.[193] Especially, the bloody last decade of [over] 19,000 Islamic terror attacks (between 2001-2012).[194] Some estimated at least 40,000 deaths by Islamists between Sep. 11, 2001-2010, alone.[195]

Nazis aid “Palestinians” (re thanking CBS60min. falsification on suffering of Christians under Palestinian Islamic apartheid

May 16, 2012

The following is a comment by a blogger on a blog. See his language, know now who are the ones ‘thanking’ CBS60min.’ on behalf of “palestinians,” they even utter to use God, Jesus…

The subject is, that infamous denounced by so many CBS prog. Which refused to interview the  victims, those real Christians that fear to speak out against Islamic apartheid oppressing them, for threats of retaliation, but instead preferred to speak to propagandists who are mouthpieces for Palestinian Islamic authority to bash Israel.

ANOTHER NAIL IN JUDEO-COMMUNISM’S COFFIN, THANK YOU JESUS/GOD: On April 22, Bob Simon and the US news show “60 Minutes” shared the painful truth with 13 million viewers — the primary cause for the exodus of Palestinian Christians from the Holy Land is the nearly 45 year-old illegal Israeli occupation. Now “60 Minutes” is being attacked for telling the truth. A range of Israel-first partisan groups have gone on the attack against CBS, and they have received over 29,000 emails of complaint. If “60 Minutes” backs down, then other media outlets will do the same. Sign the petition below to be sure that CBS hears from supporters for its brave and truthful reporting. We have almost 39,000 signatures already.

Arab writer admits to real apartheid in ALL Arab countries

May 16, 2012

Arab writer admits to Arab Islamic apartheid in ALL Arab nations

al-Mulhim, writing for Arab News, starts off with the infamous racist-Arab “apartheid” slur Israel-bashing, invented by the henchman/spokesperson of Hitler’s pal the Mufti al-Husseini, Ahmad Shukairy in 1961, who called to ‘throw the Jews into the sea,’ and identified himself with Nazis in Argentina in 1962. A systematic categorization so unfairly of any defensive measure — against those wishing to annihilate it — as something negative, despite favoritism in court, in employment policies, democratic Israel applies to its (more than) equally rights, Arabs. It has been used ever since, by all Arab Islamic entities, who practice real apartheid against any ‘other’ group in its midst.  Then, he repeats another Arabist lie, that the Pan-Arabism was simply about “unity”, despite admission from the inventors of the idea to be openly racist and influenced by European fascism, then by German Nazism. Sami al-Jundi: “We were racists, admiring Nazism, reading its books and the source …” Minorities such as Coptic Christians, Berbers, Jews and others, felt immediately the wrath of the racist movement. Some of the champions of pan-Arabism: WW2’s Nazi-Arab Mufti al-Husseini; Butcher Saddam Hussein; Butcher Muammar Qaddafi; Genocidal Butcher Omar al-Bashir; Butcher (Hafez al-) Assad father; Butcher (Bashar al-) Assad son…
The Arab League is infamous for being tacist anti all non-Arabs. Or as writer calls it “racist Arabist.”* No wonder the Arab League has been compared to the KKK *
Berber leader in 2007: “There Is No Worse Colonialism Than That of the Pan-Arabist Clan that Wants to Dominate Our People.”

Thus, the following quoted text is more of the valid points, less of the crappy part… Just be wary of his “Arab unity” terminology.

Arab Spring and the hidden apartheid
By ABDULATEEF AL-MULHIM
Arab News Feb 21, 2012 03:04

The Arabs used it against the Israelis in the media wars to get more world sympathy for the Palestinians. However, we used it to cover up the underlying prejudices that exist in the Arab world.

But, we in the Arab world don’t make it systematic or draft an obvious law endorsing racial discrimination. The Arab world practices it but not in writing, because then it is easier for us to deny the presence of prejudice.
When I speak about the Arab world, I am referring to 22 countries that have religion and language in common, but are also very different. The Arab unity idea …
But all efforts failed to unite the Arabs this way. So what was the reason for failing to unite the Arabs? And why do we see a constant unrest and mistrust amongst us? And why did the Arab Spring spread from one Arab country to another?
Arab countries are the furthest from being homogenized. There are so much differences even within each country, and there is an invisible apartheid in each Arab country.
In the past, the Arab countries accepted the presence of different faiths among them. Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco and Tunisia were the most tolerant Arab nations. In the past, it was common to see Christians, Jews and other faiths living side by side their Arab-Muslim neighbors.
Now, the Arab world has the worst cases of prejudice against anyone who thinks differently from them. In Libya, Ben Ghazi in the east was not on good terms with Tripoli in the west. Iraq has the Sunnis in the middle, Shiites in the south, Kurds in the north and other ethnic minorities. Lebanon, which was once called the Switzerland of the Middle East fell victim to sectarian divides — Druze, Christians, Sunnis and Shiites. Even the rich Gulf states have people called Bidoon or (stateless). And those stateless were born and raised in these rich Gulf states.
Each Arab country had a lot of opportunities to melt its own people in the same social pot. However, it was the mistrust and social divide that made every governing body trust only its own people or tribe. And each ruling faction would use the security issue to mistreat other segments of the society.
Later on, when something goes wrong, they accuse the foreign hands of stirring unrest and never blame the injustice of the system. During these periods of oppression, the finest brains usually head West and the ones who stay behind don’t participate in the development of the country. They isolate themselves and keep their anger to themselves.
And when the situation becomes unbearable and justice is lost, then, you see Arab masses taking the matters to the streets. And at that stage, the invisible Arab apartheid becomes visible……let us be frank, what do you call air raids by some Arab countries’ air force against the civilian citizens of their country? If this is not apartheid, then, what is apartheid? When you see Syrian tanks shelling entire neighborhoods of Syrian towns, then, this is apartheid at its worst form. The Arab Spring was not a surprise.
It was only a matter of time. When you have poverty, prejudice, no social equality, no justice, a bad education system and a hidden form of apartheid, then, why are we surprised to see the people take matters into their own hands?

Some of highlighted mass casualties by (radical) Islam in four decades – 1971-2011

February 19, 2012

Some of highlighted mass casualties by (radical) Islam in four decades – 1971-2011 (updated Feb. 2012)

PS
Most Israeli casualties are innocent non-combatants. Most Arab “Palestinian” casualties are combatants and/or involved in violent attacks. Not to mention Arab-Islamic intentional routine in causing deaths on their side via human shields. Same goes to Hezbollah tactics.
In fact: IDF’s unparalleled record of sparing civilians in counter-terrorism operations.

Of course, that’s besides the last bloody decade of over 18,000 Islamic terror attacks since 9/11/2001.

Note: Baathist racist Arab tyrants like Saddam Hussein, used Islam and ‘anti-infidel’ ideology as well.

That myth-crap of ‘Khazars,’ pushed by R. Islamists and Neo-Nazis alike

January 18, 2012

Ever heard about the ‘Khazar’ myth pushed by the Neo-Nazis/KKK?

In fact, Jews are both a nation and a religion. the percentage of those with any roots in khazaria is so minimal, that there was only one non-historian “writer” that came up with the idea to say that the percentage is higher. As a penpal who is of Jewish background told me once: ‘Before the WW2 Were were told to go BACK to Palestine where we came from… now the same haters don’t even grant us that…’

Hitler VS Khazar myth

Oddly enough, Hitler’s “aryanism” and anti-Jewish sick obession was AGAINST The ‘khazar” myth, of course. But his followers wouldn’t care about consistency. Just as the  crazy inconsistent Nazis themselves preferred long-nosed-Muslim Bosnians over Christian Serbs. Hitler [despite his alliance with fascist Arab-Islamic leadership to exterminate the Jews out of bilnd hatred] refused to drink coffee with the Arab Mufti al-Husseini or shake his hands, Arabs in Germany were subject to the same ‘racial’ treatments as Jews were. Clearly, they liked power and “ideology’ was not the only thing motivating them.

Haters always had the contradictions. You can not “blame” the Jews for (some of them) agreeing with the Romans to kill Jesus and then contradict yourself in saying they are not the same Israelites/Hebrews/Jews… LOL

Luckilly for the recent DNA testing, this myth has (also) been exposed as a LIE.

SPME: Steven Plaut: The Khazar Myth and the New Anti-Semitism –

… Some two hundred websites claim to describe a cabal known as the “Khazarian Zionist Bolsheviks” (KZV). Neo-Nazi and Holocaust denial organizations and websites are particularly fond of the Khazar myth…Arab and Islamist propagandists have long bandied about the “Ashkenazim as Khazars” theory and Iran’s genocidal leaders adore it. Al-Jazeera has been using the Khazar story to urge a worldwide Christian religious war against the Khazar pseudo-Jewish imperialists.

Groups promoting the Protocols of the Elders of Zion often cite the nefarious role of Khazars as “proof” of a worldwide Jewish conspiracy (I counted 700 such websites). And even Jewish anti-Zionist cranks like Alfred M. Lilienthal and the Swedish “Israel Shamir” have used the Khazar myth to attack Zionism.

Why are these various groups suddenly interested in a rather esoteric and archaic group of people in Central Asia that disappeared nearly a millennium ago?

The answer is very simple.

According to the Khazar theory of the new anti-Semites, most Jews today, particularly Ashkenazi Jews, are not racially Jews at all but descendents from the Turkic tribe of Khazars, whose ruling class and parts of its rank and file population converted to Judaism in the 8th or early 9th century CE. Hence, argue the racialists, Ashkenazi Jews have no rights to live in the racially Semitic Middle East and especially not in the Land of Israel.

Fact and Legend

For Jews, the history of the conversion of the Khazars to Judaism is best known from essays in The Kuzari: In Defense of the Despised Faith, a medieval book composed by the great Spanish poet and philosopher Judah Ha-Levi.

Only part of the book actually deals with the Khazar kingdom, about which little was known, and the historic claims about them in the book are not considered fully reliable.

In any case, The Kuzari purports to report the debates at the Khazar royal court that supposedly led to the Khazar elite’s conversion to Judaism. Other senior Jewish officials in the Spanish Muslim regimes actually corresponded with the Khazar kingdom – most notably Cordova Rabbi Hasdai ibn Shaprut (whose letters have survived). And the great Iraqi sage Saadia Gaon is believed to have maintained correspondence with Jews in the Khazar kingdom.

It is commonly thought that part of the motivation for the Khazars’ conversion was to establish political neutrality for the Khazar kingdom, which faced potential threats from the powers of both Christendom and Islam.

The Khazars themselves left no documentary records. The Arab historian ibn Fadlan wrote about them, but he did so two centuries after the conversions to Judaism had occurred. Some Jews, having sought refuge from Byzantine persecutions, probably lived in the Khazar kingdom long before the conversion of the royalty there.

One ironic historical twist is that the Khazars contributed to the Cyrillic alphabet, in which Russian and some other Slavic languages are written. Saint Cyril came to Khazaria in 860 in an attempt to convert the Khazars to Christianity. Since the Hebrew of the Khazars and Greek were the main alphabets known to St. Cyril and the early Slavs, they borrowed from both.

Western interest in the Khazars was stimulated largely by the 1976 book The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler, a writer better known for his lifelong battles against totalitarianism in all its forms. Koestler’s book was largely based on the earlier book The History of the Jewish Khazars, by the historianD.M. Dunlop.

Dunlop rejected the idea that large numbers of Ashkenazi Jews could trace their origins to the Khazars, but not so Koestler. By grossly and sensationally exaggerating the role and numbers of Khazar descendents among European Jewry, Koestler – who was a strong Zionist – inadvertently provided today’s racialist anti-Semites with all the ammunition they could want, and many of them frequently cite his book as the basis for their racialist denunciations of Israel.

A number of more serious books about Khazars are now on the market, including The Jews of Khazaria by Kevin Alan Brook. Rabbi Bernard Rosensweig was one of the leading figures in debunking the Khazar theory of Ashkenazi Jewish origins. Writing in Tradition (16:5, Fall 1977, pages 139-162), he dismissed it as “wobbly scholarly foundations without historical support.”

Likewise, the Swedish archaeologist Bozena Werbart, an expert on the Khazars, wrote: “In the Khazar kingdom, Koestler wanted to see the origin of the eastern European Jewry. Nevertheless, all the historical and linguistic facts contradicted his theories.”

As The Encyclopedia of Judaism (1989) emphatically states, “The notion that Ashkenazi Jewry is descended from the Khazars has absolutely no basis in fact.”

What Became of the Khazars

The actual Khazar kingdom was partly subjugated by the early Russians in the 10th century, and whatever was left was annihilated as a result of the Mongol invasions of Central Asia.

What exactly became of the Khazar Jews is simply not known. Those who retained their Judaism probably integrated themselves into other Jewish communities around the world. Some groups of Khazars joined the Magyar invasion into what became Hungary and may have merged with local Jews already living in those lands; indeed, archeologists have found Jewish stars in the remains of Hungarian Khazar villages.

Small groups of Khazar mercenaries probably found refuge in other places. Most likely the largest integration of Khazar Jews among other Jews took place in Iran and Iraq, the large communities closest to the Khazar kingdom and with whom close ties had been maintained.

(An urban legend holds that red-haired Jews are descended from Khazars, though that could hardly explain King David, not to mention Esau. Arthur Koestler claimed many were blond with blue eyes.)

In any case, Khazar political existence ended a thousand years ago.

So what are we to make of the Khazar myth concerning Ashkenazi Jews and their supposed lack of legitimate claims to Israel due to their Khazar origins? The greatest irony is that even if the entire Khazar theory of Ashkenazi Jews were correct – and virtually none of it is correct – it would be entirely irrelevant. Judaism has never defined Jews on racial grounds. Anyone from any race is welcome as a convert to Judaism as long as he or she is sincere.

The biblical Israelites themselves were already a racial hodgepodge. They absorbed the “mixed multitude” that left Egypt together with them at the time of the Exodus. There are biblical references to Jews of different racial features, including the black-skinned Shulamit mentioned in the Song of Songs.

Jews always defined themselves in religious, ethnic-national and at times linguistic terms, but never along racial lines. If all Ashkenazi Jews were indeed converted Khazars, as the racial anti-Zionists claim, they would be no less legitimately Jews – and, as such, would have the same legitimate claims to the Jewish homeland as any other group of Jews. (Given the traditional Jewish deference to righteous converts, maybe more so.)

Pseudo-History

The actual details of the Khazar theory concerning European Jewry are simply pseudo-history.

Jews already lived in Europe a thousand years before the Khazar kingdom was formed. There are no genetic markers or indicators at all showing that Ashkenazi Jews are descended from Turkic tribes. In fact, there exists considerable genetic evidence showing that European Jews are closer to Levantine and Syrian Arabs than to Central Asians.

After the Mongol invasion most Khazars probably assimilated into the Jewish communities of Iran and Iraq, which of course eventually emerged as important Sephardic centers, formed mainly of Jews with Semitic racial characteristics, descended from migrants and exiled Jews from the Land of Israel. In any case, there are more “Semitic” Sephardic Jews in Israel today than there are European Ashkenazi Jews. And if the Khazars looked Turkic, how on earth could they give Ashkenazi Jews a European complexion?

There are other problems. If all Ashkenazi Jews are descended from converted Khazars, why are there Cohens and Levis among them? One inherits the status of a Cohen (priest) or Levite from one’s father. Descendants of converts through the male line can never be a Cohen or a Levite.

And why are there no Khazar surnames among Ashkenazim, or Khazar names for towns in Europe where Jews lived? And why did most Ashkenazi communities speak variations of Yiddish rather than Turkic?

As mentioned, the popularity of the Khazar myth among anti-Semites represents a return of modern anti-Jewish bigotry to the racialism of the 1930’s and earlier.

Nearly every anti-Semitic and neo-Nazi website denounces Zionists and Israelis as “Khazars.” Web chat lists in which Jews defending Israel are dismissed as “Khazar usurpers” are too numerous to count.

The racialism once again in vogue holds that Jews would only have legitimate claims to the right of self-determination in their homeland if they were appropriately Semitic from a racial point of view. Palestine is part of the Semitic racial lebensraum and those who do not possess the correct pure racial markings have no business being there. Racial purity is suddenly the new basis for national rights.

I discovered scores of neo-Nazi websites claiming that “Khazar Zionists” were really behind the 9/11 attacks. I found thousands of websites claiming that “Khazar Jew-pretenders” are in a conspiratorial league with Freemasons, the Vatican, the Illuminati and others to control the world.

Khazar conspiracists go further along these lines by the day; a widely cited Ku Klux Klan website claims that the pro-Israel evangelist Pat Robertson is really a Khazar Jew. The neo-Nazi American Patriots Friends Network claims Khazars are themselves descended from the Magog race and secretly control America.

If we take the racialist argument to its logical conclusion, Palestinian Arabs have the right to exercise all claims to sovereignty in Israel due to their being true racial Jews, while Zionists are non-Jewish Khazars – racial imposters and usurpers.

Arabs themselves are, of course, a mix of racial strains, with a particularly large Caucasian component thanks to Arab intermixing with Spanish and Italian Europeans, Caucasian Berbers, Vandals, Goths, and even some Vikings.

The racialist delegitimizing of Zionism as “Khazar imperialism” is right up there with the “Jesus was a Palestinian” theory and the claim that all real Jews (from a racial point of view) converted to Islam after the Arab conquest of Palestine in the 7th century and so became Palestinian Arabs. One can also find countless websites claiming those things.

Afterword:

This week I published an article on how Neo-Nazis, Palestinian terrorists, and leftist anti-Semites are obsessed with the “Khazar Myth”, holding that all Ashkenazi Jews are descendent from Khazar converts to Judaism over a millennium ago. It is a way to delegitimze Israel and Jews:

It is one of the great ironies of the 21st century that anti-Zionists and anti-Semites on both the Left and the Right, have returned to racialist arguments against Jews that most of us thought had died out after World War II.

The “Institute for Historic Review” is a Holocaust Denial Neo-Nazi web site. Here it behaves as a wonderful member of the Axis of Evil, Nazis allied with Arab terrorists, banning together to promote the Khazar Myth:
Furthermore, the Jews of Ashkenazi extraction are descendants of the Khazars, a people of Turkish stock, who occupied an area between the Black and Caspian Seas, a territory now a part of the Soviet Union. The Khazars, originally pagans, had in 740 A.D. embraced Judaism and their descendants, while they may profess the Jewish faith today, cannot claim to be of the “seed of Abraham” and “heirs according to the Promise.” The ancestors of those Jews who today immigrate to Palestine from Europe and the Americas and claim Palestine and beyond as their ancestral homeland, came not from Jordan but from the Volga, not from Canaan but from the Caucasus, and that genetically, they are more closely related to the Hun and Magyar than to the seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Besides, religion does not confer heritage or property rights on people!

Finally, a Neo-Nazi “blogger” named Kurt Nimmo, who is an unemployed New Mexico conspiracty “theorist”, a devotee of Holocaust Denier David Irving, and a regular on the Uruknet web site of exiled Iraqi Baathists, has called ME a Khazar: He wrote: Plaut and his Ashkenazic buddies are actually descended from the Turkic Khazars in eastern Europe, although they like to pretend they are direct descendants of the ancient Hebrews, a Semitic people closer to the Palestinians than Plaut would ever admit. Plaut and his poseur settler friends are a far cry from the ancient Assyrians, Babylonians, Chaldeans, Arameans, Hebrews, and Arabs. They are more akin to English colonists attacking Pequot villages and killing innocent men, women, and children than I will ever be.

Jewish and Middle Eastern non-Jewish populations share a common pool of Y-chromosome biallelic haplotypes

M. F. Hammer…

Despite their long-term residence in different countries and isolation from one another, most Jewish populations were not significantly different from one another at the genetic level… The results support the hypothesis that the paternal gene pools of Jewish communities from Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East descended from a common Middle Eastern ancestral population, and suggest that most Jewish communities have remained relatively isolated from neighboring non-Jewish communities during and after the Diaspora.

Y Chromosome Bears Witness to Story of the Jewish Diaspora
By NICHOLAS WADE
Published: May 9, 2000

With a new technique based on the male or Y chromosome, biologists have traced the diaspora of Jewish populations from the dispersals that began in 586 B.C. to the modern communities of Europe and the Middle East.

The analysis provides genetic witness that these communities have, to a remarkable extent, retained their biological identity separate from their host populations, evidence of relatively little intermarriage or conversion into Judaism over the centuries.

Another finding, paradoxical but unsurprising, is that by the yardstick of the Y chromosome, the world’s Jewish communities closely resemble not only each other but also Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese, suggesting that all are descended from a common ancestral population that inhabited the Middle East some four thousand years ago.

Dr. Lawrence H. Schiffman, chairman of the department of Hebrew and Judaic Studies at New York University, said the study fit with historical evidence that Jews originated in the Near East and with biblical evidence suggesting that there were a variety of families and types in the original population.

He said the finding would cause ”a lot of discussion of the relationship of scientific evidence to the manner in which we evaluate long-held academic and personal religious positions,” like the question of who is a Jew.

The study, reported in today’s Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, was conducted by Dr. Michael F. Hammer of the University of Arizona with colleagues in the United States, Italy, Israel, England and South Africa. The results accord with Jewish history and tradition and refute theories like those holding that Jewish communities consist mostly of converts from other faiths, or that they are descended from the Khazars, a medieval Turkish tribe that adopted Judaism.

The analysis by Dr. Hammer and colleagues is based on the Y chromosome, which is passed unchanged from father to son. Early in human evolution, all but one of the Y chromosomes were lost as their owners had no children or only daughters, so that all Y chromosomes today are descended from that of a single genetic Adam who is estimated to have lived about 140,000 years ago…

Abraham’s children in the genome era: major Jewish diaspora populations comprise distinct genetic clusters with shared Middle Eastern Ancestry.

G Atzmon, L Hao, I Pe’er, C Velez, A Pearlman, PF Palamara, B Morrow, E Friedman, C Oddoux, E Burns, H Ostrer

For more than a century, Jews and non-Jews alike have tried to define the relatedness of contemporary Jewish people. Previous genetic studies of blood group and serum markers suggested that Jewish groups had Middle Eastern origin with greater genetic similarity between paired Jewish populations. However, these and successor studies of monoallelic Y chromosomal and mitochondrial genetic markers did not resolve the issues of within and between-group Jewish genetic identity. Here, genome-wide analysis of seven Jewish groups (Iranian, Iraqi, Syrian, Italian, Turkish, Greek, and Ashkenazi) and comparison with non-Jewish groups demonstrated distinctive Jewish population clusters, each with shared Middle Eastern ancestry, proximity to contemporary Middle Eastern populations, and variable degrees of European and North African admixture. Two major groups were identified by principal component, phylogenetic, and identity by descent (IBD) analysis: Middle Eastern Jews and European/Syrian Jews. The IBD segment sharing and the proximity of European Jews to each other and to southern European populations suggested similar origins for European Jewry and refuted large-scale genetic contributions of Central and Eastern European and Slavic populations to the formation of Ashkenazi Jewry. Rapid decay of IBD in Ashkenazi Jewish genomes was consistent with a severe bottleneck followed by large expansion, such as occurred with the so-called demographic miracle of population expansion from 50,000 people at the beginning of the 15th century to 5,000,000 people at the beginning of the 19th century. Thus, this study demonstrates that European/Syrian and Middle Eastern Jews represent a series of geographical isolates or clusters woven together by shared IBD genetic threads.

JEWS ARE FROM ISRAEL, SO-CALLED “PALESTINIANS” FROM ARABIA

http://www.think-israel.org/aug06bloged.html#aug06.241

Posted by Palestinian Facts Org, August 29, 2006.

Arabs [propagandists] claim that (some of?) today’s Jews aren’t really descendants of ancient Israelites and are really converts WITHOUT EVER SHOWING ANY PROOF.

Here’s GENETIC PROOF that not only are Jews descendants of the Jews who were exiled from Israel by Romans, but Jews of today have more Israelite genes than Arabs have genes of ancient Arabs. Furthermore, SO-CALLED “palestinians” are originally from Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Go back wherever the hell you came from!

University of Baltimore Study: Jews are originally from northern Middle East (where Israel is located), while SO-CALLED “palestinians” are originally from Saudi Arabia.

The study also says that while Jews are partially the product of mixed-marriages and converts, Jews have about 70% to 80% blood of ancient Israelites, while Arabs have only 50% blood of ancient Arabs. (http://www.ubalt.edu/kulanu/jewishdna.html), National Academy of Sciences: Several lines of evidence support the hypothesis that Diaspora Jews from Europe, Northwest Africa, and the Near East resemble each other more closely than they resemble their non-Jewish neighbors.

Second, despite their high degree of geographic dispersion, Jewish populations from Europe, North Africa, and the Near East were less diverged genetically from each other than any other group of populations in this study (meaning that Jews have more Israelite genes than Arabs have genes of ancient Arabs). Our results indicated a relatively minor contribution of European Y chromosomes to the Ashkenazim. If we assume 80 generations since the founding of the Ashkenazi population, then the rate of admixture would be <0.5%>
Stanford University: If you made a genetic map of Europe and the Middle East and you put Ashkenazi Jews on it, they would not end up in Turkey or in the middle of Europe, but in the Mediterranean.

University of Arizona: We saw such a strong signal of a Middle-Eastern origin in Jews. Jews really are a single ethnic group coming from the Middle East. Even if you look like another European with blue eyes and light skin, your genes are telling that you’re from the Middle East.

This fascinating book traces the genetic chromosome makeup of the Jewish people and proves their decent from Ancient Israel. It focuses on the DNA makeup of the Kohanim in both Sephardic (Iberian, North African and Middle Eastern Jews) and Ashkenazic( North, East and Central European Jews) communities and shows that the genetic differences between Sephardic and Ashkenazic Jews are minor. I The author shows a marked understanding and knowledge of a number of disciplines.
Rabbi Kleiman explains how the Kohanim and the Jewish people have passed the test of time and of tradition, and tradition has passed the test of science.
Science has proved that Jewish men from communities in the Middle East: Iran, Iraq, Kurds, Yemenites and Roman Jews as well as Ashkenazim/European Jews- all have very similar almost identical profiles.

The author quotes Professor Michael Hammer who comments:

“Despite the long-term residence in different countries and isolation from one another, most Jewish populations were not significantly different from one another at the genetic level. The results support the hypothesis that the paternal gene pools of Jewish communities from Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East descended from a common Middle Eastern ancestral population, and suggest that most Jewish communities have remained relatively isolated from neighboring non-Jewish communities during and after the Diaspora”. The genetic research confirms that most Jews today are indeed the descendants of ancestors who came from the Middle East. Jews everywhere are closely genetically related.
These studies also reveal that there is a closer genetic affinity of Jews to non-Jewish, non- Arab populations in the Middle East, such as Kurds, Turks, Druze and Lebanese Maronites, than to Arabs.

…the former University of Toronto professor has become world famous for applying genetics to genealogy and transforming history. He has found evidence to support traditional claims that modern-day Jewish priests, Cohanim, are descended from a single common male ancestor ” biblically said to be Aaron, the older brother of Moses. Among the other intriguing findings he has uncovered: that 40% of Ashkenazi Jews can trace their descent to four “founding mothers” who lived in Europe 1,000 years ago, evidence that all Jewish communities share a common paternal origin in the Near East..

The Khazars and The Jews Dr. Thomas Ice

DNA AND THE KHAZARS

[…]
The opinion of historians and genealogists concerning the Khazars is now confirmed with the development of using DNA as a reliable way to analyze one’s genealogical heritage. Kevin Alan Brook9 is a leading researcher on the Khazars, and tells us the following:

We no longer need to rely on speculation. It is now a known FACT that German Jews mingled with other Jews when they came east. It is also clear that the ancient Israelites possessed those Y-DNA patterns that are found in common among Sephardic Jews, Ashkenazic Jews, Kurdish Jews, and Indian Jews, despite the fact that ultimately those patterns may have earlier stemmed, in part, from somewhere in Kurdistan or Armenia or Iraq. The Middle Eastern Y-DNA patterns in the J and E haplogroups cannot be explained by Khazars. Some of the mtDNA evidence and Levite Y-DNA can be, however.

Brook’s overall conclusion of Khazar origins is as follows:

In summary, Eastern European Jews are descended from a mixture of German and Austrian Jews, Czech Jews, and East Slavic Jews. The East Slavic Jews may haveroots in both the Khazar and Byzantine empires, hence necessitating our further study of Jewish life in those lands. But the largest, and most influential, proportion of Eastern European Jews came from Central Europe. By this analysis we can show that the dominant ethnic element among Eastern European Jews is Judean-the ancient Jewish people of Judea in the Middle East.

CONCLUSION

The Khazar theory has been completely refuted by both scholarly research into the history of the Khazars and, more recently, by genetic evidence showing that Jews from all parts of the world are genetically closely related to Middle Eastern Jews and not so closely related to non-Jewish Russians, Eastern Europeans, or others from that region. “Dr. Michael Hammer showed that based exclusively on the Y- chromosome (parental) shows that Ashkenazi Jews are more closely related to Yemenite Jews, Iraqi Jews, Sephardic Jews, Kurdish Jews, and Arabs than they are to European Christian populations,” notes Joel Baine rman. True research on the matter reveals that only a tiny percentage of Jews have any descent through the Khazars. So it appears that the Khazar theory is just that, a theory, and not a very good one. It is safe to conclude that most of the Jews living today in Israel and still in the Diaspora are clear descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob…

Helen Thomas Repeats Khazar Myth by Eternal Hope
Sat Mar 19, 2011 at 09:56 PM PDT

One of the common myths that people have about the Jewish people is that they are descended from the Khazars. Certain people try to bolster this claim because it supports their claim that the Israeli people are not entitled to their land. But this is debunked here. Helen Thomas repeated this myth when she said in her Playboy interview that the Jews were not a Semitic people.

There was, in fact, a Khazar kingdom on the Russian stepps north of the Byzantine and Islamic empires. Their rulers and many of their people converted to Judaism as a counterweight against both of these kingdoms. But when the Khazar Khanite died out, most of the Jews scattered and were assimilated into other populations. Mainstream scholarship, however, has debunked the notion that most of today’s Jews were descended from the Khazar Khanite:

And the fact of the matter is that Judaism has never been defined along racial lines — in the Bible, the Ethiopian who rescued Jeremiah from death in the King’s dungeon was Jewish. People from all over the world came to the Passover Feast while the Temple was still in existence. Judaism has never been defined on racial grounds — people from all races are welcome as converts.

Plaut continues:

Although it is used by certain white supremacist groups to justify their hateful theories, these theories are simply not true.

What all this means is that historically, every people has a right to self-determination. Even if we claim based on the fact that Herodotus didn’t mention any Jews in present-day Israel that there were no Jews there, we do know they were there in the first century AD. And older archeological discoveries point to the existence of the House of David. There have been other remains which date back to the time of David as well.

The other claim is that the Temple was actually rebuilt by the Muslims. But that ignores the fact that for 2000 years, the Jews have had no physical Temple to worship at since the Romans destroyed the last one.

Since the Jewish people have the right to self-determination under international law and since Israel has been the historic homeland of the Jewish people, we cannot, as Helen Thomas naively assumes, just expect them to go back to wherever they came from before they emigrated to Israel. That is why we have to have a two-state solution — since we are dealing with the historic homeland of the Jewish and Palestinian peoples, we have to find some way to share the land and figure out a way to deal with the refugees from the 1948 war as well as their descendants.

What Helen Thomas did was fail to live up to her own profession’s standards for accuracy and fairness:

I believe that clear thinking and clear statement, accuracy and fairness are fundamental to good journalism.

I believe that a journalist should write only what he holds in his heart to be true.

Helen Thomas had a professional responsibility to state the facts regardless of whether or not they upheld her personal beliefs. In this instance, she failed to do so.

REFUTING MODERN ANTI-SEMITISM: The myth that all Jews are Khazars (from 700-1000 A.D. who never lived in Palestine)
Posted by barrypopik (Diary)
Saturday, July 3rd at 4:54AM EST

Refuting anti-Semitism is a seemingly thankless and daily chore in this age of the internet. The Khazar myth (that Ashkenazi “Jews” are really converted Khazars from 700-1000 A.D.) has been popping up all over recently. A good refutation is nary anywhere, but we’ll look at some new DNA evidence to trace the Ashkenazi genealogical line–blowing the Khazar myth to smithereens.

If Helen Thomas only knew, she’d have said “Send ‘em back to Khazaria!” and all would have been well in anti-Semite land. Even better, the Khazars aren’t Semites!

KHAZAR ANTI-SEMITISM ON YOUTUBE
The Khazarian Conspiracy (12 parts, from August 1, 2009) seems to have added a part and become The Khazarian Supremacy (13 YouTube parts, from May 13, 2010). I’ve seen all parts. Iran’s leader is building a “peaceful” nuclear device. Farrakhan is presented as a spokesman for peace. The Jews started World War I, World War II, and are going to lead us into World War III. Holocaust “revisionist” David Cole makes an extended appearance, without a single contradiction from anyone. Oh, did I tell you that they’re really not “Jews” at all, but Khazars from between the Caspian and Black Seas?

The YouTube title Alex Jones Talks about Jews that are really Khazars. Part 1 has had over 37,000 views.

The six-part YouTube title KHAZAR EMPIRE,ILLUMINATI & THE NEW WORLD ORDER part 1 consists of Jack Otto at a Ron Paul for President 2008 meeting, spouting the same anti-Semitic garbage as some of the videos above. Maybe Ron Paul isn’t an anti-Semite, but anti-Semites sure seem to love him.

Also on YouTube (and on the same side as Ron Paul) is Iran, with Iran TV – Khazar Ashkenazi “Jews” (ENG SUB).

The only mild YouTube rebuke is one young fellow’s Am I khazar? (from September 22, 2007) and his Enough with the Khazars already! (from May 23, 2008), where he reads DNA information straight from Wikipedia.

BENJAMIN FREEDMAN’S 1961 SPEECH, DEBUNKED
This whole thing was popularized by a
Benjamin H. Freedman (1890-1984) speech at the Willard Hotel in 1961, on YouTube as Benjamin H Freedman The Khazars. Freedman was associated with Henry Morganthau (Jr. and Sr.); Freedman converted from Judaism to Roman Catholicism.

In Freedman’s 1961 Willard Hotel speech (online here as “The Amazing Warnings of Benjamin Freedman”), he accuses the “Jews” of starting WWI, WWII, and being really Khazars (or fake Jews).

The U.S. entered WWI solely because of influential turncoat Zionist “Jews” who wanted and got the Balfour Declaration:

While that was going on, the Zionists in Germany, who represented the Zionists from Eastern Europe, went to the British War Cabinet and — I am going to be brief because it’s a long story, but I have all the documents to prove any statement that I make — they said: “Look here. You can yet win this war. You don’t have to give up. You don’t have to accept the negotiated peace offered to you now by Germany. You can win this war if the United States will come in as your ally.” The United States was not in the war at that time. We were fresh; we were young; we were rich; we were powerful. They told England: “We will guarantee to bring the United States into the war as your ally, to fight with you on your side, if you will promise us Palestine after you win the war.” In other words, they made this deal: “We will get the United States into this war as your ally. The price you must pay is Palestine after you have won the war and defeated Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.” Now England had as much right to promise Palestine to anybody, as the United States would have to promise Japan to Ireland for any reason whatsoever. It’s absolutely absurd that Great Britain, that never had any connection or any interest or any right in what is known as Palestine should offer it as coin of the realm to pay the Zionists for bringing the United States into the war. However, they did make that promise, in October of 1916. And shortly after that — I don’t know how many here remember it — the United States, which was almost totally pro-German, entered the war as Britain’s ally. (…)The Balfour Declaration was merely Great Britain’s promise to pay the Zionists what they had agreed upon as a consideration for getting the United States into the war. So this great Balfour Declaration, that you hear so much about, is just as phony as a three dollar bill.

Freedman insists that the Jews never had it so good than in Germany, but he conveniently ignores this (from Wikipedia):

Wilhelm Marr (1819, Magdeburg – 1904) was a German agitator and publicist, who coined the term “antisemitism”.

And if the Jews were sell-outs, no one told that to the Jews who died fighting for Germany (from Wikipedia):

A higher percentage of German Jews fought in World War I than that of any other ethnic, religious or political group in Germany; some 12,000 died for their country. Ironically, it was a Jewish lieutenant, Hugo Gutmann, who awarded the Iron Cross, First Class, to a 29-year-old corporal named Adolf Hitler. When Hitler came to power in 1933, Gutmann left Germany and escaped to the United States.

In October 1916, the German Military High Command administered Judenzählung (census of Jews). Designed to confirm accusations of the lack of patriotism among German Jews, the census disproved the charges, but its results were not made public. Denounced as a “statistical monstrosity”, the census was a catalyst to intensified antisemitism and social myths such as the “stab-in-the-back legend” (Dolchstosslegende).

Freedman says that a late-1933 Jewish boycott of German goods had crippled the country and started the anti-Semitism:

After a while, the Jews of the world called a meeting in Amsterdam. Jews from every country in the world attended this meeting in July 1933. And they said to Germany: “You fire Hitler, and you put every Jew back into his former position, whether he was a Communist or no matter what he was. You can’t treat us that way. And we, the Jews of the world, are serving an ultimatum upon you.” You can imagine what the Germans told them. So what did the Jews do?

In 1933, when Germany refused to surrender to the world conference of Jews in Amsterdam, the conference broke up, and Mr. Samuel Untermyer, who was the head of the American delegation and the president of the whole conference, came to the United States and went from the steamer to the studios of the Columbia Broadcasting System and made a radio broadcast throughout the United States in which he in effect said, “The Jews of the world now declare a Holy War against Germany. We are now engaged in a sacred conflict against the Germans. And we are going to starve them into surrender. We are going to use a world-wide boycott against them. That will destroy them because they are dependent upon their export business.”

Freedman conveniently leaves out these earlier developments in Germany in 1933 (from Wikipedia):

In 1933, persecution of the Jews became active Nazi policy, but at first laws were not as rigorously obeyed or as devastating as in later years. Such clauses, known as Aryan paragraphs, had been postulated previously by antisemites and enacted in many private organizations.

On April 1, 1933, Jewish doctors, shops, lawyers and stores were boycotted. Only six days later, the Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service was passed, banning Jews from being employed in government. This law meant that Jews were now indirectly and directly dissuaded or banned from privileged and upper-level positions reserved for “Aryan” Germans. From then on, Jews were forced to work at more menial positions, beneath non-Jews.

So the Jews brought on WWI hatred for fighting for Germany, and WWII hatred for a 1933 boycott in response to Nazi actions.

To hit the argument out of the park, Freedman brings up the Khazar “fake-Jew” myth that has endured to this day:

What are the facts about the Jews? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as “Jews”. I don’t call them Jews myself. I refer to them as “so-called Jews”, because I know what they are). The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world’s population of those people who call themselves “Jews”, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe — so big and so powerful that when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars would lend them 40,000 soldiers. That’s how big and powerful they were.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of that now. But that was their religion, as it was also the religion of many other pagans and barbarians elsewhere in the world. The Khazar king became so disgusted with the degeneracy of his kingdom that he decided to adopt a so-called monotheistic faith — either Christianity, Islam, or what is known today as Judaism, which is really Talmudism. By spinning a top, and calling out “eeny, meeny, miney, moe,” he picked out so-called Judaism. And that became the state religion. He sent down to the Talmudic schools of Pumbedita and Sura and brought up thousands of rabbis, and opened up synagogues and schools, and his people became what we call “Jews”.

See, I’m just a “fake Jew” because of “eeny, meeny, miney, moe,” played over a thousand years ago!

There wasn’t one of them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land. Not only in Old Testament history, but back to the beginning of time. Not one of them! And yet they come to the Christians and ask us to support their armed insurrections in Palestine by saying, “You want to help repatriate God’s Chosen People to their Promised Land, their ancestral home, don’t you? It’s your Christian duty. We gave you one of our boys as your Lord and Savior. You now go to church on Sunday, and you kneel and you worship a Jew, and we’re Jews.”

Not one Jew can be traced back to Palestine, Mr. Freedman? (We’ll discuss DNA evidence in just a bit.)

WIKIPEDIA ON “KHAZARS”
From Wikipedia:

The Khazars (Turkic Dialect:Xazarlar) were a semi-nomadic Turkic people who dominated the Pontic steppe and the North Caucasus from the 7th to the 10th century. The name “Khazar” seems to be tied to a Turkic verb form meaning “wandering”.

In the 7th century, the Khazars founded an independent Khaganate in the Northern Caucasus along the Caspian Sea. Although the Khazars were initially Tengri shamanists, many converted to the Abrahamic faiths through interaction with the Byzantine Empire and successive Islamic caliphates; during the 8th or 9th century, the Khaganate adopted Judaism as the state religion. At their height, the Khazars and their tributaries controlled much of what is today southern Russia, western Kazakhstan, eastern Ukraine, Azerbaijan, large portions of the Northern Caucasus (Circassia, Dagestan, Chechnya), parts of Georgia, the Crimea, and Northeastern Turkey.

Between 965 and 969, their sovereignty was broken by Sviatoslav I of Kiev, and they became a subject people of Kievan Rus’. Gradually displaced by the Rus, the Kipchaks, and later the conquering Mongol Golden Horde, the Khazars largely disappeared as a culturally distinct people.

SHLOMO SAND’S “THE INVENTION OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE” (2009)
A popular book among the anti-Israel crowd has been Shlomo Sand’s The Invention of the Jewish People (2009). From
Amazon.com:

Shlomo Sand argues that most Jews actually descend from converts, whose native lands were scattered far across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. (…) After a long stay on Israel’s bestseller list, and winning the coveted Aujourd’hui Award in France, The Invention of the Jewish People is finally available in English.

The book has 28 5-star reviews, 24 1-star reviews, and very little in-between. From one review:

In brief, Sand contends a number of things: “pure” Jews don’t exist; Israel and Judea were puny; the Bible is 100% fiction; Jews today are no different than any other people; there is no such thing as a “race” or a “nation”; many ancient pagans became Jews; many Jews later became Muslim, including the Palestinians; historians prefer to accept the Bible as fact and ignore true science–in an effort to justify the state.

Here’s a one-star review:

Premise of This Book Proven False, June 12, 2010
By B. Judell “I’m Not Cocteau” (New York City)
In today’s New York Times ([…]), the whole premise of this work has proven to be garbage.

Jews share common genes. Nicholas Wade’s article, “Studies Show Jews’ Genetic Similarity,” states: “The two [new] genome surveys extend earlier studies based just on the Y chromosome, the genetic element carried by all men. They refute the suggestion made last year by the historian Shlomo Sand in his book “The Invention of the Jewish People” that Jews have no common origin but are a miscellany of people in Europe and Central Asia who converted to Judaism at various times.

Jewish communities from Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus all have substantial genetic ancestry that traces back to the Levant; Ethiopian Jews and two Judaic communities in India are genetically much closer to their host populations.”

Let’s hope no one else believes Sand’s fantasies.

Too Much Nonsense, May 1, 2010
By D. E. Bernstein
Anyone who believes, against all genetic and linguistic evidence, that Ashkenazic Jews are descended primarily from Khazars, and the contrary evidence is a product of a Zionist conspiracy among geneticists, is not writing anything worth reading.

Another one-star review:

Propaganda, Not History, October 30, 2009
By random book reader “his-torybuff”
(1) DNA evidence shows that on their paternal side Ashkenazi Jews are primarily descended from the Middle East, not from Khazars or other indigenous European peoples
(2) There is no trace of any Turkic language in the language spoken by Eastern European Jews, Yiddish
(3) The idea of Jewish peoplehood, and the longing for a return to Zion long predates modern political Zionism. For examples, for centuries, every Passover Jews say “Next Year in Jerusalem.”

Sand is a leftist, ex-communist professor of French literature with no prior expertise in the relevant subject matter, no knowledge of the languages needed to do research on many of the topics covered in his book, and a propagandist of the first order. He won a French prize for non-fiction, but it should have been a French prize for fiction.

Tel Aviv University’s Shlomo Sand and the Neo-Nazi Theory about the Khazars
Last year I published an article entitled “The Khazar Myth and the New
Anti-Semitism.” It dealt with the myth, popular these days on Neo-Nazi
web sites, claiming that Ashkenazi Jews are not decendent from Jews at all
but are “Khazars” who are nothing more than interlopers in the Land of
Israel, people who cannot claim the land as their ancestral homeland. The
article can be read here:

http://www.jewishpress.com/displayContent_new.cfm?mode=a&contentid=21499&+contentName=The+Khazar+Myth+and+the+New+Anti-Semitism

Meanwhile, one of the very worst members of Israel’s Tenured Left,
Professor Shlomo Sand from Tel Aviv University, has a new “book”
in which he insists that Jews were never a nation and cannot be
considered one today, unlike Palestinians – who of course have been a
nation since the Big Bang. Sand is a malicious anti-Zionist and a
evidently a communist (he endorsed Stalinist HADASH). But his
new “book” clearly establishes him as a leading academic anti-Semite in
Israel.

From the blog Jewlicious (June 4, 2010):

Should Shlomo Sand offer a refund on his book now that another study has refuted it?
Written by themiddle
Shlomo Sand has been discussed on these pages before. However, his book still garnered immense attention, at least one very prestigious prize, a place on some bestseller lists, translation into numerous languages and the authority which comes with such success. There is one particularly telling Youtube video of a talk that he gave where he is challenged by a Jewish member of the audience and takes him apart by commenting that the gentleman doesn’t actually belong to the Jewish people since there is no such thing.

When challenged regarding DNA results that suggest that his thesis that the Jews are really descended from the Khazars and other groups, Sand was quick to dismiss those claims, suggesting that the studies point to other conclusions or are flawed. Yet now another study has been published that also refutes his thesis.

KHAZAR MYTH AND THE DNA EVIDENCE

You Mean I’m Not a Khazar?
Written by larry
Yesterday, The American Journal of Human Genetics (Cell.com) published a paper titled, Abraham’s Children in the Genome Era: Major Jewish Diaspora Populations Comprise Distinct Genetic Clusters with Shared Middle Eastern Ancestry. The authors are mostly affiliated with Albert Einstein, NYU, and Columbia Medical Schools in NYC. They are Gil Atzmon, Li Hao, Itsik Pe’er, Christopher Velez, Alexander Pearlman, Pier Francesco Palamara, Bernice Morrow, Eitan Friedman, Carole Oddoux, Edward Burns, and Harry Ostrer. In an effort to define the relatedness of contemporary Jewish people (European, Mizrahi and Sephardim), the authors conducted a genome-wide analysis of seven Jewish groups (Iranian, Iraqi, Syrian, Italian, Turkish, Greek, and Ashkenazi) (they left out the eighth, which is called Brooklynite) and compared them with surrounding non-Jewish groups and found that their are distinctive Jewish population clusters, each with shared Middle Eastern ancestry, proximity to contemporary Middle Eastern populations, and variable degrees of European and North African admixture.

Two major groups were identified by using principal component, phylogenetic, and identity by descent (IBD) analyses. They are Middle Eastern Jews and European/Syrian Jews. The results suggested suggested similar origins for European Jewry and refuted large-scale genetic contributions of Central and Eastern European and Slavic populations to the formation of Ashkenazi Jewry.

A check on Google News for “Abraham’s Children in the Genome Era” shows a mere six citations. If the study proved that Jews are really Khazars, don’t you think Reuters and AP would splash that all over the world?

Note to Helen Thomas (and others): Jews are home in Israel
Posted by Rick
Published: June 13, 2010 – 4:16 PM
Genetic testing suggests that Ms. Thomas is full of crap… but sensible people knew this already:

Two new genome studies of Jews worldwide prove that the Jewish people — long called the “People of the Book,” the “Chosen People” or, in unkind circles, “those people” — are, indeed, a people after all.

The first study, by researchers at New York’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, found that Jews across the globe share distinct genetic traits that are different from other groups and that trace back to the ancient Middle East.

Researchers say the study, published in the American Journal of Human Genetics, puts to rest age-old questions about whether Jews are a group of unrelated people who share a religious ideology or a distinct ethnicity with common ancestry.

“The debate is over,” said Dr. Edward R. Burns, one of the lead authors of the study. “The Jewish people are one people with a common genetic thread that evolved in the second or third century BC.”

The study, “Abraham’s Children in the Genome Era,” compared the genetic analyses of 237 Jews, including Sephardic (Middle Eastern) and Ashkenazi (Eastern European) Jews — as well as an analysis of 418 non-Jews worldwide, and found that the Jews were more closely related to each other than to their fellow countrymen.

Past studies have reached similar conclusions, but they looked at smaller populations and considered only blood groups, mitochondrial DNA (a type of DNA passed down by mothers) or Y chromosomes (passed down by fathers).

For this inquiry, researchers conducted a genome-wide analysis of the major groups of the Jewish Diaspora — Ashkenazi Jews; Italian, Greek and Turkish Sephardic Jews; and Iranian, Iraqi and Syrian Jews.

The study — and a second genetic study published Friday in the journal Nature — scientifically undermines arguments made by those who challenge Jews’ historical relationship to Israel, such as former White House correspondent Helen Thomas, who resigned last week after saying Jews in Israel should “go home” to Germany, Poland and the United States.

Turns out, the Jews in Israel are already there.

From The Jewish Chronicle:

Jews share a ‘genetic signature’
By Paul Berger, June 17, 2010
Jewishness is not just in your heart or in your soul, it’s also in your genes.

A new study carried out by geneticists in New York and Tel Aviv suggests that Jews have a particular genetic signature.

Geneticist Harry Ostrer, of New York University, said that within specific communities, such as Ashkenazim or Sephardim, Jews are as closely related as fourth or fifth cousins.

Furthermore, Dr Ostrer, lead author of the study titled Abraham’s Children in the Genome Era, said all Jews have a common Middle Eastern ancestry.

SUMMARY
“There wasn’t one of them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land. Not only in Old Testament history, but back to the beginning of time. Not one of them!”–Benjamin Freedman, 1961.

Scientifically proven wrong this past month.

A Google check for “Khazars” + “Jews” shows 369,000 results, with Google Blogs showing 16,500 hits.

A check for “Khazars” on Alex Jones’s website Infowars.com shows two pages of hits, including statements like this one: “Another step by the Ashkenazi Khazars in their march to a one world order run and controlled by Jews.” And this one: “we been lied to the black people of america are the real israelites and these “so called jews” you speak of are khazars & edomites do your research.” Alex Jones has not seen fit to run a single link to the latest genome research.

So…now that we know the truth that Jews do indeed come from the Middle East, we’ll see an end to this “Khazar” anti-Semitism, right?

Right?

Jewish teenagers in Belgium quit their schools because of anti-Semitism

by: EJP Updated: 04/Dec/2011 23:56

BRUSSELS (EJP)—Like every Friday, as part of the day school activities, 13-year-old Oceane Sluijzer goes to the sport training center in Neder-Over-Hembeek, a Brussels suburb, where she plays football.

There she meets other girls from the same nearby secondary public school. Many of them are from Moroccan origin and Oceane feels sometimes difficult to be integrated and to be treated well.

She was in fact excluded from the group because of her look, she is blond, and because she is not of Arab descent, she says.

Two weeks ago, the shy Jewish girl came as usual at the center and found again the same situation. But this time she started a discussion. “Why don’t you respect me?,” she asked a group of four girls. “Is it because I am not Arab?”.

Then, after the discussion heated up, one of the Muslim girl, the group leader, shouted at her: “Dirty Jew, shut up and return to your country,” words that she repeated.

Oceane didn’t know how to react to the anti-Semitic insult but responded: “I will not shut up and I am already in my country.”

She then received two slaps in the face before being badly beaten by one of the girl for several minutes. It was only thanks to her Indian girlfriend that she could get out of the situation. “If she would not have been present, my daughther would maybe have been killed,” explained her father, 44-year-old Dan Sluijzer.

Suffering a head concussion and face injuries, she went to hospital. She talked on the phone to her father who told her to go straight to the police station to fill a complaint.

Since then she didn’t return to her school and was so scared that she even didn’t went out of her home. But she decided to change of school. The Jewish school was one option, but she felt Hebrew and religion were “too much” for her in the middle of the year.

In an joint interview with Israel’s daily newspaper Yediot Aharonot and European Jewish Press, last Thursday, along with her father, the girl said policemen told her that the four girls would be questioned, would be told that this was not permitted and that if they do it again the complaint would go further.

Police reportedly asked the girl and her father not to say that this was an anti-Semitic act.

“I feel better today than when it happened but it is still difficult for me psychologically because I cannot understand this violence, that such things can happen. I would never imagine that things can go to that point.”

“The problem is that the other youths, who are not Muslims, are scared and don’t want to react or intervene,” Dan Sluijzer, a professional actor, said.

She even didn’t heard from her school after the aggression, not from the headmaster nor from teachers or classmates. “I only received support phone calls facebook messages from fellow comrades of the Hashomer Hatsair youth movement.”

Already before the event took place, the father went to see the school principal to make him understand that there was a problem of anti-Semitism in his school.

“He told me: Mr Sluijzer, they are kids. Don’t generalize what happens.” Oceane and her 16-year-old sister Salome are the sole Jewish students of the “Athenee Les Pagodes”, a school in a quiet neighborhood of mixed social population.

Oceane’s father believes that the new school, located in a different area of the city, will be able to protect her this time . “Jewish religion is teached. This didn’t exist in the other school.”

Oceane doesn’t feel that her attackers are the “winners” because she left. One of the girl was expelled definitively from the school and two others for three days. They were told to prepare a research work on the Holocaust and the deportation of Jews.

The school principal declined any comment to Yediot Aharonot and EJP “because there is an appeal from the sanctioned girls still pending,” said Faouzia Hariche, who is in charge of public instruction in the city of Brussels.

Dan Sluijzer deplored the indifference of the Belgian authorities “like it was in 1940.” . “They prefer to let people fight each other.” Only Brussels Jewish parliamentarian Viviane Teitelbaum reacted and was to first to inform about the aggression.

In the beginning Sluijzer felt “hatred towards the Muslims but also towards the authorities because nobody say or do something.”

“I would have expected from political parties to tell my daughter: we understand what happened and we will act so that this could not happen again.”

“Unfortunately nothing happened,” deplored Dan Sluizer, whose father’s family members in Holland were deported to Auschwitz. Only two of them survived.

Sluijzer thinks that Israel “doesn’t protect Jews in the world enough.” and “that’s why Arabs attack Jews.”

“Jews in the world are fighting for Israel. When people attack Israel, it’s like they attack me. So when somebody attacks me I want also Israel to be next to me.”” But he thinks that the responsibility to protect the Jews lies more in hands of the local authorities.

Besides the aggression against Oceane Sluijzer, Jewish groups also reported the case of a 16-year-old Jewish student at the upscale European Brussels School where boys of the same age repeatedly called her “Dirty Jew” and harassed her because they disagree with Israel’s policy towards the Palestinians.

Her mother complained to the school but the reaction was rather unsatisfactory. Camille left for the Ganenou Jewish secondary school.

“It is unfair, the victim must leave,” commented the mother.

“Why are Jews in Belgium scared?,” titled a Belgian magazine.
